  1. Confirmed now I believe Oxford v Poole on Wed 8th with a 8PM start time so a late night.

    Oxford Spires 2024

Yes I did see that so his days are numbered at Oxford I would think unless he turns it round.

    Oxford Spires 2024

It is a very good side and easily capable of challenging for honours if all the riders performed to their expected level but they haven't and if Janowski performs like he has for Oxford in Poland they won't let him ride here anymore.

    Oxford Spires 2024

Klindt's average being nearly 2 points higher than Riss must be a factor, points that can be used elsewhere in the team.

    Ipswich vs Oxford 18th April

I didnt know you could have a guest at number 2 I thought it had to be r/r or have the rules changed?

    Oxford Spires 2024

Yes a bit of a strange decision, Klindt is a far better rider than Riss so must be more to it than meets the eye.

    Birmingham v Leicester 15th April 2024

Are you saying Roger Jacobs got his facts wrong, wow I am shocked!
  8. What about Scott and Emil years ago, after a great race at Cardiff, you would have thought a handshake but Emil rides into Scott and they have a bit of a altercation.
  9. Yes that is sad for a legend of the sport.

    Stars vs Aces - 11th April 2024

    Well one was.
  11. Its no secret it was awful but not now.
  12. Certain people will always want to criticize the track.

    Stars vs Aces - 11th April 2024

Most of them have ridden the track many times maybe not together as a team but good riders adapt quickly and they have probably the best manager in the premiership and the best reserves in the league so a fairly comfortable win in my opinion.

    Stars vs Aces - 11th April 2024

Yes agree with that, KIngs Lynn reserves are far superior.
  15. He can guest as he is attached to a premiership team.

    Stars vs Aces - 11th April 2024

You shouldn't have too many concerns with your team, 50-40 would be my prediction.

    Aces/Lions

He has a bit of Batchelor about him! As for Ben Cook, as long as he is able to get on his bike and win races for Poole I don't care how short he is.
  18. Agree there completely, crazy to let a rider compete not having passed the test. I know its not great for fans to go to a meeting expecting teams as advertised only to find out you are a rider down but I cant see any other acceptable way.
  19. Fans find it difficult to come to terms with their own rider doing something like this especially with the Richie Worrall case still fresh in the memory and considering how experienced these riders are.
  20. Really! Who has ever been prosecuted for anything said on this forum? If it was an innocent mistake I am sure it will be resolved quickly.

    Poole 2024

    Yes Simon Lambert was amazing.

    Poole 2024

Nope we lost to a better team. Glasgow had chosen wisely with Tarasenko and Anders being injured cost us.

    Poole 2024

A mere blip in our history

    King's Lynn v Birmingham 04/04/24

Always liked Super Shane, top bloke although never rode for my team.

    Poole 2024

If it was Poole we would be castigated for it especially if we said it would make the track too grippy!
