As I understand it, the stadium take the cash on entry on speedway nights and either keep it or give some of it to the Council (as its still council-owned as is the stadium itself) and could be part of the GI lease conditions?! Thats been the case for many years. One thing is for sure its never gone to the speedway promotion!!
In daytime the car park payment is done through an online parking app - again nothing to do with the Poole Promotion.
Never said it had anything to do with Poole promotion stop putting words in my mouth
