Was Dwyer that great a loss ?, he's withdrawn after crashing in his first race about 3 times now . and theres plenty of other riders who can collect gifts just as well as he can

Obviously you are a brummies fan , and have never had the misfortune to have to be on a speedway track at the same time as Adam Kirby , the list of riders he has knocked off and the thousands of pounds worth of other peoples equipment he has damaged is enormous , right back to his days in the MDL he has been a danger to anyone in the same race as him .. is it Something to do with the name Adam because Sheppard is almost as bad ?

the worst thing that ever happened in speedway , was the Worralls , is it impossible for anyone to see that they are the exception rather than the rule . and giving team places to people on the strength of a reputation gained in MX will lead to more signings of no hopers . the most idiotic signing on the strength of an MX reputation has to be the signing of Emerson Jones at Stoke . he hadn't even turned a wheel for stoke except in the MDL where he proved he had little clue about speedway by getting beat by raw novices , yet still walked around the pits like he was Greg Hancock and then quit . so lets hear of any others from MX who have pulled up stumps . or maybe we should water the NL down a bit more and see if we can attract a few kids in from BMX as well . just what the paying public want to see ..

If I had an NL team I definitely would . I would have taken him this year sight unseen as well . and it wouldn't matter how many times he fell or how his results were I would keep him in the team regardless

if he was giving it another try at a different club , I would agree , but I can't see it working at this one , what do you think will happen the first time he underperforms and Norrie Allen takes to the centre green mic to publicly berate him, as has been the case quite a few times with other riders . I can't see Lewis taking it very well myself . I would suggest taking Lewis' phone off him in that most likely event . not because he will defend himself on social media . but because he's likely to ram it down Allens throat

I really think this will be Lewis Bridgers final fling , if riders who are relatively stable are leaving the club and the reputation of the manager and promoter are as bad as Leicesters , what chance has a loose cannon got of making a go of it there , it's rather like giving an alcoholic a job in a pub . if we are to see the potential that many speak of realised , Bridger needs nurturing and guiding , Leicester is certainly not somewhere he will be getting that , so however long he lasts , I would consider that to be his Swansong ..

all clubs would love to have a no7 with parents and grandparents who are loaded own the track and sponsor the team .. talent has no part in his inclusion. money does !! if he was Kelsey Smith , he wouldn't have a team place

Just heard the sad news , that the famous tiddlywinks commentator . Alucius Scuttlebottom has died . I thought speedway genaral discussions would be the correct place to post this sad news .since there no more suitable threads.. TBH i cant be bothered with you ,, my opinion is that these kids cont have enough track time or experience to be in races with lads who have . and that will lead to more injuries to both sets , seems obvious not just to me but to a few others but you don't think so . we will have to wait (not too long I'm sure ) and see .but whatever happens I have no more to debate with you about ..
