    Wolves vs Kings Lynn

That’s debatable to be honest - least we have a track for 2024 at the moment - that said I hope Pboro are still running in 2024 - but I do agree both clubs are in a mess
  2. For me it’s not that Laguta isn’t riding tonight it’s total disrespect by Chapman to paying public - think he must think fans don’t watch Polish league . Just be open and transparent and K L fans might be sympathetic. It’s the disrespect to fans especially his own clubs fans that annoys me . Though how much of this shambles is of Brady making jump ship and leave Buster to pick the pieces up but that doesn’t stop the club from being totally honest to fans

    Wolves vs Kings Lynn

Can’t disagree there - the bit got me and still gets me is they think the paying customers are idiots and the taken for granted bit as well they think oh the fans will turn up what ever we do .

    Wolves vs Kings Lynn

Surprised it’s taken this long for your enthusiasm to be at zero - mine been there since that ill-fated night Holder and Batch gate night .I was done after that night and if anything the sport has become an even bigger farce since that night .
  5. With Buster now running two clubs and saying Lynn was/are over budget I’d say the chances of signing Tungate are greatly diminished unless of course your main sponsor finances it .

    Kings Lynn 2023

And easy to moan and groan about Buster but without him Kings Lynn speedway would have closed the day Brady walked out .

    Kings Lynn 2023

Think to be honest Pboro gave up on bend two race one in there first meeting that effectively was season over . Who knows what position Pboro would be in now had Nicki not crashed in that race . They certainly haven’t replaced him and like Lynn it’s basically season over it’s just who’s going to collect the wooden spoon and pride that’s all that’s left and still a week left in June to go .

    Kings Lynn 2023

I agree - they might not be the most inspirational signings but they should both outperform the rider they are replacing

    Kings Lynn 2023

Problem being though if Pboro and Wolves don’t carry on in 2024 there will be no PL anymore if KL drop out as well not sure if that’s a good thing or not - but it might make the powers that sort this sport out once and for all . They had a chance to do this after the covid season but no carried on with the same old - so it might brings things to a head and force some peoples hand

    Kings Lynn 2023

The team is over budget according to Buster so have to make budget changes - all gearing up for Championship speedway in 2024 .

    Kings Lynn 2023

And all of a sudden certain riders are doing much better for the club since those 3 have departed .

    Kings Lynn 2023

That certainly wouldn’t be no great surprise .

    Kings Lynn 2023

All I’m saying there seems to have been a change in certain riders since he left not sure if it’s coincidence or not ?
  14. You got it in one there it’s not how many you get in the stadium it’s how many is declared for HMRC purposes. British speedway must be the only sport that doesn’t announce attendance figures on a weekly basis .
  15. Buster dislikes TV meetings but as you say has never done bugger all to try and attract more fans in on Tv nights . Wouldn’t it be good to see promotors live up to their title and actually promote.

    Kings Lynn 2023

Any coincidence he’s gone better since Brady left ?
  17. I’m sure I can remember in the past a club could get fined for an under strength team - as you rightly say it is robbing the paying public
  18. It’s not to late for that to happen yet
  19. I hope I’m wrong but once Brady left then Jacobsen and rumoured now Pickering both Brady’s buddies and Buster said we are over budget I thought it’s obvious Lambert will be back .
  20. Have been saying for 10 days or more Simon Lambert will be back in he side
  21. It’s always a bargain basement team I have to agree BUT it’s better than the club breaking the bank win the play off final and at the end of the year can’t pay the riders and go bankrupt. Others have come and gone at Lynn but one thing you can’t take way from Buster we’ve had a stable club over the years and some credit must be given for that .

True - guess time will tell

    Kings Lynn 2023

With Stars v Leicester on Eurosport on Monday I wonder if the stock pit gate will play up again or the stadium get electrical problems or a dodgy weather forecast- as we all no Buster don’t like Tv meetings .

    Kings Lynn 2023

I’ve thought for a while Ulrich farewell meeting on the 2nd July could be a farewell to the Showground meeting as well and Panthers to finish their home meetings at KL .
  25. Never said we would return to Saturday racing it’s not possible the move away from Saturday was mainly because of the GPs - I was just saying Saturday did create bigger crowds especially visiting fans and also children on a school night as a kid I’d never been allowed to go to speedway with school the next day so there is a number of reasons crowds have dwindled over the years not just the more obvious ones .
