    Prague Gp

It was boring tonight, I put the sky plus on after heat 10 and turned over and watched casualty to stay awake and then switched back and fast forwarded sky plus and that didnt help. again a very slick track and those sitting on the fence about those out of the start wins will be happy tonight, the tracks need grip, these guys are the best in the world not novices who need a slick track to turn the corner. very poor night for world class racing
  2. Hi, I am in need of advice for the Latvia GP 1) What cheap airlines fly there ? daily ones if possible 2) how far is it from the airport to the track ? 3) is it easy to get from the airport to the track, like public transport or is it better to hire a car ? 4) are there many hotels by the track ? I have never been to Latvia and have No idea about the place but i am thinking about going to this years GP if its cheap enough. Thanks for any advice.

it seems like you are not twisting it enough, why dont you practice on the beach and when you are good enough you will get more chances, many top riders have learnt on beaches.
  4. Why not ben barker aswel

    Sack Lynch Now

I think the managers comments before the meeting was as shocking as the performance from the team. British speedway is looking bleak due to the amount of swedes, poles, danes, ect in this country racing, look at coventry 2 reserves both foreign and both struggling to score points, surely there is a young British kid they could use that could score a few points a match and progress. Limit teams to 2 overseas riders in the premier league and and 3 in the elite league and maybe we will oneday be good again.
  6. I think ben barker would of scored more than allen

lack of Motivation by the manager also let the riders down big time, lynch was talking to someone laughing away unaware the race had started as he had his back to it, some manager NOT. speedways answer to steve mclaren

    Sack Lynch Now

The riders didnt perform ok but look at what 2 of them had to face knowing BEFORE the meeting that they will NOT be in denmark, that to me is a disgrace and would give any rider a massive lack of confidence
  9. Clueless joke imho, the guy tells 2 riders that even if they get through then they wont be in the team for denmark, well done great for team morale, wanting these guys to be right up for it knowing they wont be in the final or the race off, what bad management. Sack him now as tonight he brought shame to our nation. Also loved the songs, England,England, thought it was GB and not England
  10. Now wouldnt it make sense to see the World cup final on the sunday afternoon at a lovely millenium stadium the day after the GP, what a good crowd they would get if the prices were right and what a great weekend of speedway for the fans. Ok this sounds to sensible for those who run speedway but surely it is possible and would cut costs
  11. meridith and denmark have something in common, both love slick tracks, so i am sure the danes will have home advantage on monday.
  12. I think it should be ENGLAND as ALL the riders are English, its just being politically correct in calling it team great britain,, Try telling tennis player Andy murray that he is british and he will tell you he is Scottish and proud. why dont the danes, norway & the swedes join together as team scandinavian I think its wrong calling it team GB due to many reasons including its losing the English flag that is disapearing quicker than the titanic due to the political correct brigade.
