He was absolute pish on Thursday on a track that should have suited him! It was suggested he had bike issues but who knows.

It is going to be a another long hard season for you guys i fear!

He definitely had bike issues, three primary chains went in three rides. Just one of those nights you can't account for.

We need a win and a bit of continuity. Hopefully next Thursday v Brum, with seven fit riders one would hope.

not sure why this has stoked up so much controversy.  witches clearly weakened by doyle’s absence.  no reason doyle would choose to miss the meeting.  early intervention taken by the witches management to ensure they field a competitive side…

I think his poor score in Poland has led to one or two people putting two and two together and getting considerably more than four.

By all accounts it all seems completely beyond his control and just one of those things, I guess it might make him want to get an earlier flight in future so there is some wriggle room if necessary.

Yes… in the Polish bottom league!!! No where near premier league standard. That’s his true level unfortunately

It's not the bottom league, it's the second division of three. And it's a pretty good standard.

Milik is better than his scores for Brum so far.

Also history.  the previous scheme (Fast track circa 2014) drew a lot of flack from all the teams that didn't have Lewis Blackbird at reserve all year.

Not all, I'm pretty sure King's Lynn were more than happy with Lewis Kerr and Lewis Rose.

It might shut a few up that think him and troy will be workingtons weak links eh @phillipsr hahaha clueless

I'd probably wait until the end of the season before calling folk out.

However they both look in the right frame of mind and as a result Worky look a really good side at the moment. Reserves look a bit weak but the top five are pretty awesome.

Redcar meanwhile have had a really unfortunate start to the season. Hope their luck improves.

If last weeks track at Lynn was anything to go by Klindt should do ok,the track wasn't no where near as grippy as it usually is.Although I wouldn't have Klindt back anyway as I think his injury from last season will hamper him this season for sure.

If they were to get the track grippier Wojdylo will have to keep one of his strong engines back for that.

All indicactions are that they want it grippier than last week.

  7. Let's not forget that Tarasenko top scored in our first two meetings, he had a bad night last night through losing three primary chains in three heats but that doesn't undo his scores v Leicester & BV.

The Wojdylo issue seems to be down to Polish engines that are too strong, it needs sorting quickly as the team is designed to have a high scoring reserve.

I'm not sure Klindt is the answer personally, he is still to get going really this year after injury and I'm not sure a grippier track would suit him. I don't know who would be though, I'd prefer to see this seven ride themselves into some form but as others have said 4th place could be long gone by then.
