Well saying as other teams have threads for next season may as well start one our season has been over for a long time and wholesale changes required for next year imo I would only keep Stevie and Alfie. Riders id like to see in diamonds colours for next season are Lewis Kerr, Lewis Bridger if he's interested in riding again and wouldn't mind seeing Jason Garrity line up for us although he does seem to be a bit injury prone but is very entertaining.

In retaliation? Surely he should be a shoe in for Berwick he seemed to score well when he moved into the main body of the team too.

I thought the Edinburgh promotion said some pretty unsavory things about jye when they released him? So I doubt hed want to go back?

To ride on a Saturday or Sunday? Ive literally no idea who we will end up with. Could be a team with no out and out number one just strength in depth.

Id take a chance on Ellis Perks even if it meant he would have to start in the main body of the side he is hungry and will only progress imo. Much rather sign him than someone like Aarnio for example. 1) R Wells 2) E Perks 3) L Rose 4) New Dane/Swede 5) R Bach 6) A Morris 7) A Bowtell Would this fit does anyone know? If he doesnt ride it could be difficult for teams like berwick, workington, Newcastle to track a out and out number 1 could be a more strength in depth side.

Just seems an odd decision imo the couple of times I seen him at brough park he looked pretty useful. He still added nearly a point to his average for not seeing most of the tracks before.

It has been said on the wolves thread that masters is only riding premiership and abroad next season. Not sure how true that is though.

He should just tell promoters he is Australian then hed get somewhere to live, a van, bikes etc

I think some people on here just need to relax a little bit yes I think we would all like the club to communicate with the fans a bit better with regards to next season but were listed as being in the championship next season and in the draw for the knockout cup, Im sure if we werent running there would have been an announcement by now.

Yeah thats true but by winning your home meetings is generally what keeps the fans happy so most will accept average away performances if there being entertained at home.

Surely Eddie Kennett has to be under consideration if the conversion rate is still 1.2? His average would be 7.66 and as second or even third heat leader he has to be a must?

Possibly, hes spent most of his career at bigger tracks so maybe a season at brough would bring him on even more who knows. Ive a feeling the back bone of the side will contain Lindgren, Kus, Rose, Morris and then fill in the blanks, no idea what they add up to or what would be left. Not the way Id go but I can see us going down that route.

Maybe but if he had brough as his home track im sure hed master it. I think the team needs a complete overhaul imo weve had 3/4 riders for the last few seasons and never done anything in the league I think its time for a change personally.

He cant be as expensive as having Robert & stevie for the past 2 seasons surely? He coped ok when he was number 1 at redcar before he got injured. I dont really know who will be in our team this year what with losing our main sponsor might we see a team built on a budget without a so called number 1?

You say the team needs an overhaul/re-jigging yet youd bring back 4/7 of last years team. Which lets be honest wasnt good enough home or away so why would have them back?

I know the top league are just looking after themselves when really the whole of British speedway from top to bottom needs sorted out. Its going to be an interesting winter regardless of what happens.

But there only supposedly going to set race nights to get some of the so called top riders back. And if it was one big league there wouldnt be a need for doubling up so could race on any night?

That wouldnt be so bad if that was the case then. Surely it would be more beneficial to everyone if we just went for one big league? Most clubs saying they dont get enough people through the turnstiles yet the top league saying they want to bring the GP riders back where is the money going to come from to pay for them? Clubs shouldnt spend what they dont have! I think its too far down the line now I cant see a few big riders coming back will mean people flooding back to speedway.

So as a lot of talk is going on about the Premiership riding Monday and Thursday next season with potentially lakeside and Sheffield moving up as has been mentioned how would that effect the Championship? With only the likes of Newcastle, Redcar, Berwick, Edinburgh, Workington, Glasgow and Scunthorpe left would that be one league? Part of the problem this season is seeing the same teams over and over surely this wont help bring the crowds flocking back.
