  1. Could not find any live streaming but in the course of searching found live streaming of the Russia V Poland match tapes up 16:00 UK time http://speedwaylive.gportal.hu/gindex.php?pg=34977342&nid=6271022
  2. Met office forecast is for the heavens to erupt over Sheffield sometime between 16:00 and 19:00. So the meeting might start and finish/ it might start and be abandoned/ it might not start at all. It’s a lottery at the moment and depends upon how fast that huge thick mass of rain gets up from Bristol where it is right now. My old man was coming up and we were going to go (I live in Sheffield). He has taken one look at the ext 12 hours forecast and changed his mind. I will wait till 16:45 and look at rain radar before I leave my place.
  3. I'd heartily recommend this to anyone from the Bristol area who is a speedway fan and also harbours hopes for the Bulldogs return. Not only do you get the coach with a bunch of fellow Bristolian methanol heads but you also contribute to keeping the spirit of the Bulldogs alive. I'm sooooo glad misery guts above is not going to be spoiling the atmosphere on the coach. I've been on it three years out of last four (the fourth I was in canada): very much looking forward to doing it again

    Torun Gp

I have a horrible feeling that BT ISP are now intercepting these kinds of 'pirate' sites and making them unavailable- as they will be doing with torrent database sites in the upcoming future (major judgement passed a month or so ago). There is nothing on the internet to indicate that 'soccerlive' is down: but I get the BT 'unavailable' message myself.
  5. What a bunch of negative, moaning so and so's! For starters the 11 quid train from Bristol to Cardiff means you- firstly (and in good time)- need to get to the station!! That’s a parking charge or a bus ticket and or a taxi. If it’s a 3 quid bus ticket then you can add an hour approximately either way for a Saturday afternoon/ mid evening for both the journey and hanging around on the bus stop fro the bus to turn up!! A taxi will cost a minimum tenner if you live 4 or more miles away- I've done it before (to BPW and BTM) when needing to catch a train in a rush. Alternatively you are looking at EIGHT hours or more car park charges.... Secondly- this is for Bristol Speedway supporters in the main and we'd much rather support the club than give money to a privatised train company. Thirdly I can walk to/from one of the pickup/drop-off points and I'm getting a coach with fellow speedway fans. It’s all so utterly comprehensible! The exact opposite of the comments from the intelligentsia above!

They are great- we have done Slovenia 2009 and Italy 2010 with them. Its not really an issue of cost or flexibility. Its if you want to go with a large group of fellow UK speedway fans or independently. If latter go on your todd/ if former go with SSTC!
  7. http://www.ceskatelevize.cz/ivysilani/03.10.2010/ Channel 4 on the right of the listings at 13:50 This won't be available outside Czech republic but- as live streamed- I would not be surprised if a quick search on justin/ polish sites midday sunday would not pick up a feed.
