Funny I don't see anyone else saying its 'cheating' and please re read my post - I said no one and that includes you knows what the criteria is for the heat leader list and everyone is making assumptions as to who it on it................and who is not and who should be for that matter............until it is known then you cannot make the allegations of cheating............... And did Buzz ride 70 % of the last two seasons as a heat leader????????? I don't believe he did so Steve O if what SCB believes is right it makes a mockery of what you said.............. And please note at no point have I ever said who should and should not be on the list....... RP

Not cheating at all...................every team has every opportunity to sign any riders within the rules as they stand............at the moment no one really knows what the criteria is for the so called heat leader list............though I can see why some people think certain riders should be on the list and others should not..............Who says Rory is on the heat leader list.................everyone is making assumptions as to who is and who is not without it ever being released................... If a rider did not ride in 2015 such as Buzz, Mads etc why should they be on the heat leader list other than if their averages were taken as at the end of the previous season of racing and they were higher than what they could have been at the end of 2015..................... Its not Poole manipulating anything at all.................its other teams not using the rules to their best advantage................ RP

And your proof of average manipulation because of this is where?????????????? As far as I am aware there are no EL clubs that are affiliated to PL clubs................Poole did have with Scunthorpe at one time but they certainly do not now with any club................. RP

This was suggested a few seasons ago and no one wanted to know.................even though there were several riders all for it.......... The points limit has nothing to do with why top riders will not ride over here..............its more down to being cost effective than anything else.............. This is also why a squad system would work.................and would do away with the need for rider replacement and most likely guests.............ok not everyone gets a meeting every week but surely it makes sense and helps when injuries or personal commitments get in the way................ They scrapped the points limit in Poland and it worked............ RP

The thing is all teams start out on a level playing field so to speak.............last year it was set at 34 and the reserves were not included...........this year it is set at 40.5 and the reserve are included.................... The majority of reserve pairings have in the region of 7 or 8 points leaving around 32.5 for the main team which is lower than last year.............. It was always known that some GP stars may not be back but with some second strings on over inflated averages and some heat leaders on lower averages than they should be it should even its self out............... RP

Never assume anything...................it can only lead to trouble............. Ellis may well double up but based on the fact he has signed for Poole and lives about 15 miles out of Poole I would think he could end up at Somerset or Plymouth.............. RP

Until the heat leader list is announced we cannot really say who is going to be where.............and I thought that the statement that Buzz was a heat leader was retracted on the Poole website.............or was I imagining that.......... RP

I find Gavan's posts informative a lot of the time and he does have a valid point about crowds the only one I disagree with was the crowds dropping as much in 2009 as he suggests.............. A lot of clubs could learn from Matt Ford in how to run and get the best out of a team and get the crowds in...............as I still maintain though regarding alleged cheating though the rules are there for all clubs to use...........its just that some use them better than others.............. It may not be rocket science as you put it but as I said some clubs use the rules better than others.............. As for Paul Starke not going to Wolves............they could have signed him but chose for whatever reason not to and Poole did..........that is not rocket science either.............. RP

And your point is...................I would not say we have had help along the way in the way you mean.............the trouble with some people is they do not understand that what Poole do is within the rules and the rules are there for all clubs to benefit from...............its just that some clubs use the rules better than others................ They are Rick Frost's assets as far as I am aware not Peterborough's...............and so what..............if they are able to ride in the EL why not at Poole............ RP

Sarcasm it could have been The difference between Poole and Edinburgh is that Poole have more longevity in being successful where as Edinburgh's success has only really been over the last two or three seasons..............when you can say that you have won the league title 3 years on the trot that is the true meaning of success.............when you have won the league in its current format 7 times in since 2003 and made the final on several other occasions that is successful............... A lot of clubs could learn from the way that Poole is run........ RP
