Everyone can have their opinions on the track shape etc but the track prep hasn't been as good in the 2nd half of the season. Yes in the first half if the season it was very dry at times (hot weather didn't help) but it seemed more smooth. Now the track especially 3rd-4th bends have bumps and ruts sending riders towards the fence at times. Work needed on it this week and during the winter for sure.

Possibly but I wouldn't rule out us running next season yet.

If we could keep 12 or less we will still be in with a chance. Won well in the league meeting and the KOC could easily been a 8 point win if Mountain wasn't excluded in heat 13. However there is no doubt we are the underdogs.

Huge blow for Birmingham.

Ouch, didn't realise Stox was on tonight. However met office has it far dryer than some of the other forecasts.

Kent v Lakeside was classed at NL level and Birmingham v Peterborough championship level.

Forecast has greatly improved for tomorrow. They might just get this meeting on.

Don't think the Birmingham team would get what's needed but it looks a nailed on rain off.

Wouldn't be at all surprised if Birminghsm tried to get him in for the Mildenhall meeting.

Connor Mountain certainly is when interviewed on the Speedway GB You Tube. He mentioned it as one of his main goals this season .

The preview for the Buxton meeting said Connor Mountain won't ride until Thursday at the earliest? That doesn't rule him out of the NLRC

They should be notified if someone is convicted of certain crimes.

Yes collarbone injury from his crash last week. Meetings went pretty much as expected beating Buxton and losing to Mildenhall. If we didn't have such a poor start v Mildenhall it could've been close. From heat 4 onwards we matched them.

Having to negotiate with Leicester to run on a Monday is probably another reason why it was arranged late.

Sunday's meeting starts at 1pm and as it's a double header I believe it will cost an extra £5. Team news will follow. This should be a good days racing especially the first meeting with a playoff place up for grabs.

I've got to be honest the racing has been decent for Bees meetings generally but Sunday it certainly wasn't.

It's Leicester staff not Coventry. There has been problems with the 3rd-4th bend most of the season and certainly sidecars the evening before didn't help. I agree the 2nd meeting it seemed a lot better.

It will make the meeting a lot closer now.

I didn't even notice that Hume is now R/R with Laurence coming in. Looking at the greensheets only Flint, Laurence, Embleton and Davies can take the R/R rides for Hume.

Riding in Germany I believe.
