Totally disagree with you here. Every case should be treated on its own merit.

Rew is an abysmal gater, gating is needed tonight so far. That flaw in his game will hold him back unfortunately.

If a 10 point defeat was offered now I’d bite your hand off. Bringing the bonus point back would be a good nights work and keep us ticking along nicely.

He’ll do better than that tomorrow no doubt about it, but he won’t go unbeaten. He’s lacked speed at the NSS last couple of seasons.

We’re crap here no two ways about it so expecting a home win. If we can keep it within 12 and take the bonus point that’ll do nicely.

Harris used to struggle a bit at Foxhall years ago, and his season as a Witch was disappointing. But Aries is correct, last few years he’s been a pain in the backside here and been superb. You just can’t argue with those figures.

Riss will have a point to prove and if he's back to his old self then he could put up big numbers, Tungate is in red hot form, Wright and Nicholls are both very good around Foxhall too.
Emil and Doyley to win it for the Witches in what could be a last heat decider.
Should be a good battle! Looking forward to this one even more now with Riss and Nicholls in the Oxford side.

Nicholls guests for Kerr, Riss at reserve. Both obviously know Foxhall very well. Interesting meeting ahead..

It cost 20k+ to widen Foxhall but that was 15 years ago now so I’d imagine the costs will have escalated quite a bit since then.

They were actually 14/1 joint last with Birmingham. Think my 20 notes brought them in to 12’s

You’re right, Fricke and Lawson in one and Masters and Becker in the other. His other two were a paid win and a win. He did well.

Dunno we should be heavy favourites obviously, not gonna pretend otherwise, but Leicester’s top 5 are all decent at Foxhall and have won plenty of races between them in the past. Their issue will again be at Reserve. Dan Thompson and Rew will comfortably outscore Kemp and Joe.

Indeed. Can’t remember which one it was but he made a great first couple of bends and was about to fly past everyone down the back straight, but kind of got stuffed by Doyle which ended his race. Plenty of pace though. Looks quicker than last season already that’s for sure.
-
Thought both Rew and Jenkins were better than their scores suggest. Jenkins looked quicker here than he has at Foxhall this season so signs of improvement there, and Rew was unlucky in a couple of his non scoring races. Other than that, very solid through the team.

Feeling very second hand. Did ride in Poland Saturday though and had two rides.

Hope Emil is properly fit. Two nasty looking spills on Thursday.

Good point. Was superb there last season was Dan, which kickstarted our late play off charge.
-
8 hours ago, TTT said:Ipswich will walk it imo, Jenkins @ 2 is beneficial because it gives Rew more rides at reserve plus the real Adam Ellis is back this season.
In theory it should only be getting Rew one extra ride, probably for Jenkins in heat 8. With the strength of the other top 5 members it’s hard to see Rew replacing any of them, even if one of them isn’t having the best of nights. We’ll see.
-
Rew and Dan Thompson should be out scoring Kemp and Joe here so that should keep things close. Difficult for Jenkins at two who has started the season very slowly, so anything from there will be a bonus. Leicester have riders that go well at Foxhall too so think it’ll be very close on aggregate.
