Well done to Bomber and David Howe - well deserved on tonights performances. Olly Allen & Eddie Kennett can be proud of their nights work! Great to see two Panthers in the lineup after years without anybody! Excellent night for Danny King while Richard struggled but they both did us proud! Once again congratulations to Chris Harris - top man & Britain's #1! James -

No i agree It's not quite the same but you miss the point, yet again The point WAS The Italians SACKED a player, and we all laughed at them for going over the top I didnt miss the point. I didnt laugh because they went OTT. I thought it was darn right unfair and was disgusted by Perugia's actions. I really dont think chasing Andersen out of British Speedway is a good idea. I personally think people would turn up to see him in action which some clubs could certainly do with! People are attracted by things like that, just like Maradonna. James

Yeah but Ahn wasnt cheating he was just doing his job. Hans effectively cheated and bought the sport into disripute. If he had raced like he normally does than we wouldn't be here arguing about it because there would have been no controversy. James

People seem to forget Antonio Lindback was a lucky boy in the race-off. Who knows if the ref called it the other way we wouldn't be here 'debating' like we are. James

i'm not missing the point (Nicholls has already done that tonight )... but the point i'm trying to make is that there are 3 others that didn't see the red light... just what was Nicholls seeing? i have a powerful auto-focus flash that produces the short bursts of red light, and i know what he says he saw, but the other 3 kept going Yes Steve, because perhaps they didn't see it. The 2 riders in front had perhaps passed where the light came from & NP was shielded by being behind Scotty. The fact is YOU don't know what he saw, he did. And I think it is reasonable to assume that no speedway rider would stop racing in that situation just because it seemed like a good idea. You have ridden a speedway bike, obviously not at this level, but riders have it ingrained into their racing psyche that if a red light is shown, they stop. If you honestly believe that he saw nothing & in a similar situation you would have acted differently, then good for you, that makes you a better man than him. I agree Dave, the fact Scotty put his hand up to warn Nicki of the non-existent "danger" points to this. James

Right decision?
jronayne replied to Dave the Mic's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Never doubted he wouldn't give it his all. He rode superbly against Rampala and against Max before Pedersen intervened. Good old Havvy James -
Yeah well done to Sweden. They were great all week, why oh why didnt we snap PK up in the winter AJ was off form but came into it at the right time. A great week all round but one that will be remebered for the wrong reasons James
