Well whatever the state of the track on Sunday afternoons, lets all praise the 3 speedway saviours for saving speedway at Mildenhall. I for one will just be glad to be able to see speedway again at Mildenhall in 2011, so lets get behind them and give it our best shot and bu**er the tracks state and stop whinging!

Why dont you ALL stop all this bickering about the ins and outs of whats happened here at Mildenhall and just rejoice in that THE MILDENHALL TIGERS ARE BACK ON TRACK IN 2011 The winners are the fans for once and well done to Chris Louis and co for making this happen I will enjoy my Sundays again travelling up and down the A14 with the family and friends, watching speedway again at the best equipped stadium in the National league

I was talking about Chris Louis away career average in the league, not one or two years in particular when he achieved slightly above his career away average. His foxhall form was undeniably good but his away form poor in comparison to that of Mark Loram. I will state again and stand by my conviction and that is, Mark Loram was the best british rider of the last 2 decades without doubt. -

When Mark Loram won the world title, it was over a long period of time and showed he was the best rider that season amongst other superstars. Gary Havelocks was a one off meeting, when as we know if a rider has a super good gating night he can win it whatever and all that proves he was the best rider of that night. There is no comparison here at all. As regards the other riders you mention, being a Witches fan I should know all about Chris Louis and Scott Nicholls. Neither have ever won a world title and quite honestly never looked like winning one. Chris was great at foxhall with a fantastic average but away his average never went above a 7. Scott is better generally than Chris was but his lack of gating ability and poor equipment and chosen mechanics have cost him dearly Im afraid. Chris Harris I love as a rider he is so-so entertaining and joy to watch from the back. But honestly to class him above Mark would be a joke as he has achieved nothing and in my opinion never will. -
Mildenhall - Who Decides Who The New Promoter Is?

What sad sad days these are for Mildenhall speedway, reading all the comments on this page, it seems to me very unlikely to be any speedway their next season It also seems to me this Dave Coventry (who I dont know and dont want to reading these posts ) is a very belligerent and arrogant person who will stand his ground no matter what He has no consideration whatsoever of the Mildenhall fans, just his own idealism on rent which in this climate seems totally unrealistic -

I hope you have a wonderful testimonial Mark, you were by a long way the best English rider around during the past 2 decades. Not just that but a true gentleman who always had time to speak to us fans and I personally had a few chats with you. So good luck mate all the best for the future from Alboy. -
Mildenhall - Who Decides Who The New Promoter Is?

Its a shame theres all this red tape and bureaucracy around who promotes at Mildenhall. Its a lovely little track and stadium and all the poor suffering fans want is a team to support and watch each week or so. Anyway all you fans at Mildenhall all the best hope things work out for you all from your neighbouring fans down the A14 at Ipswich.
