Do you honestly believe that! This league is about giving talent a chance and Luke has shown that he has that. Realistically even if Garrad turns out to be a star you still wouldn't expect someone in his first ever season that has missed the opening and has only ridden 4 MDL meetings to score more than the 3 that Luke has been doing.

Luke Harris says he's been dropped.
-
The latest I read was that he is still suffering from constant headaches. That was about a week ago I think.
-
Supposed to be riding for Leicester Cubs tomorrow
-
Guests assume the average of the rider they are replacing, which is also why he was at number 1 the other week.
-
Clearly the management do.

Kings Lynn V Coventry Thursday 29th May

SCB - explain to me how RTD was eligible on Monday: sixth in the averages and sixth in the scores http://speedwayupdates.proboards.com/thread/13393/scunthorpe-coventry-nl-26-after -
For dropping down you use the higher of the 2 figures: his converted PL average or last NL average. When he rode for Bournemouth his average was above 10 so he'd use that and not 5.08.

Wolves V Eastbourne Monday May 26th

None look inviting enough for me but Michelsen over 5 looks the best. Went for Nicholls over 8 in the other. -
Considered Eastie -17 but only went for Blackbird -1 vs Worrall in the end. Nice little profit after a few weeks off.

I'm surprised the tactical ride brigade hasn't come out yet. -
Plymouth Devils Vs Newcastle Diamonds (date?)
Islander15 replied to DIAMONDS's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
I would like to be proved wrong but I think the Newcastle management have looked at the Devon starting NL averages and plumped for the highest, as Shanes would've been the smart choice! -
I have to agree with greyhoundp, Dan isn't ready to score 3-5 points this season. I'd put him nearer to 2-3 based on Williamson's scoring as I'd say he's only slightly better but more experienced. To those of you quoting averages: Dan has a new average this year but Worrall, Rose and Greaves are yet to get new figures and Dan's is inflated by having ridden one of his 4 meetings against Scunthorpe. Is Dan better than Greaves? Maybe in the short-term he's more likely to stay on the bike for 4 laps, but Greaves has more potential.

He's injured. -
Cradley V Mildenhall Nlkoc 13/5/14
Islander15 replied to Ommer Mon's topic in National League Speedway
I stand to be corrected but I think it's upto the club to decide. If Scunthorpe were running a PLKOC meeting and NL meeting for example, I doubt the NL match would be first. Maybe that's why the press release didn't say because they're checking it out. -
If there's 2 injuries in your 2-5 (so Compton and Chessell) you have R/R and a guest and it doesn't matter which way round the R/R and guest are.
-
The first injury in the riders declared second to fifth in the averages is covered by R/R. You can only have a guest if that rider is missing because he's riding in the Elite League.
-
Is he injured?

Wake Up Plymouth
Islander15 replied to DexterBeauregarde's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
'Meanwhile, Plymouth will be looking to make a new signing in time for their opening home match in the Premier League against Edinburgh at the St Boniface Arena on Saturday evening (7.15pm).' The article says that Benko is injured but not how badly and doesn't say whether the signing is for him or not! http://www.plymouthdevils.co/redcar-v-plymouth-koc-review.html -

Coventry have ridden 4 meetings now and I make their averages (including bonus points in brackets): Nielsen 7.76 (9.41) Crang 7.37 (8.42) O. Greenwood 6.89 [only done 3 meetings] D. Greenwood 7.53 (9.41) Sarjeant 9.11 (9.11) Terry-Daley 5.71 (7.05) Knuckey 3.00 (3.43) -
Gone for Worrall (0) vs Bjerre and smaller bet on Lawson (-1) vs Fricke and Belle Vue to win.

Which Team Will Be The First To Drop A Draft Pick ?
Islander15 replied to speedibee's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I agree that they chose 2 riders who can't gate on a track that needs you to be able to gate! I never understood the choices when they were announced. -
Coventry Storm V Kent Kings - Friday 2nd May
Islander15 replied to NeilWatson's topic in National League Speedway
At this point in the season you can guess the riding order anyway. The only possible change forCoventry is running R/R at2 and Crang at 3 but Kent will be exactly the same. I can think of many more reasons to not go than not knowing the riding order before hand. You could always check the line-up in the programmer the guy stood next to you anyway. -
Cradley Heathens V Buxton Hitmen - National League (29/04/14)
Islander15 replied to Hunty's topic in National League Speedway
Before everyone starts complaining about teams being weak again. Cradley fans: did you enjoy the meeting? Was the racing good or was it gate and go stuff?
