I'm only going on what I saw last night, it was a TEAM meeting, Niels was the only one representing our TEAM afaik, a very poor showing from Bjerre last night in front of his home supporters, and his other supporters from Boro I have no idea what the man did last season as I took no interest. I would've rather watched Jake Knight riding for us last night, knowing that every lap he rode an effort was made!

Lol, i hope his pi$$ing bikes naff right up for him on Saturday! Just my personal opinion mind. Felt sorry for Niels having to carry the can on his tod! Harris, Lindgren, Pedersen and Holder could've ALL taken it easy last night, but guess they're a different breed than 'our' Mr Bjerre! Holder and Ward sublime, very well done to them both.

Cal just posted on his facebook page that the doctors still aren't sure whether he has fractured his femur or not! He is due another scan to see exactly what the damage is. Fingers crossed nothing is broken!

No reason given on updates but then again maybe another early call off because the forecast is rubbish for Saturday. Either way I'm not fussed, seeings tho a line up hadn't even been announced yet with only three days until the meeting was taking place!!!

Don't you have to be subscribed to Sky Sports to do that? Cos I registered but it wouldn't let me view it because I haven't got Sports package no longer. You could try Justin tv, or My P2P on the day, you should probably be able to view the meeting on one or either of those.

Well i enjoyed it....for me it brought back memories of a packed Saddlebow Road on a Saturday night in the 70's ...the atmosphere was brilliant, the racing was brilliant, the track was prepared well and all in all I think everyone involved with organising the event (apart from Sky who boss people around far too much lol) should be damn proud in what they achieved Monday evening. More of the same please.

Agree totally Chris....was a nice little meeting tonight in memory of one of our own.

Very rarely agree with you Chris, but have to this time, your comments are indeed spot on! I was stood on bend 2 and the PA system was virtually non existant! Len needs to hit the fast forward button rather swiftish and get his speedway club back into the present instead of lingering in the seventies too!

We'll be parking at Hoddesdon Fire Station, been told it's about a 15 minute walk to the stadium, which is fine as long as it keeps us out of the main chaos!!

Really looking forward to this meeting now, seeing some old speedway chums again and will be bringing a newbie to the sport too, its all good!

You obviously have never been to a stock car final at King's Lynn to see what kind of crowds they get in the stadium.... that birdcage is there for a reason, its called Health and Safety.... sadly all roads don't lead to Peterborough as far as World Speedway events are concerned as much as you'd like them too! You watch it on your telly, I'm sure noone will even notice you're not there.
