How many concessions will take advantage of the 'book early reduced rate' via the app.?

Well, it's obviously less than they get back in!!!,,, otherwise they wouldn't even bother?

Maybe they we're referring to its inhabitants?
Great to see Workington build back.

Did everyone else have a flag next to their's?

You're correct, but definitely seen him riding somewhere without a flag/colours against his name. Maybe dodgy eurosport graphics,,, unless I have totally lost the plot.

Not so much as question about Tarasenko, but while watching the Cardiff GP, I noticed there was no flag/colours against Saifudinov. Can anyone shed any light on as to why?

When does the Council ever do anything on time?

They carry on running essential services under supervision and have to be monitored.
A see, so they carry on but, under the watchful eye of 'the insolvency guy'?,,, making sure they're not wastefully using money, (best of luck to them).
Not really akin to a normal bankruptcy then?

23 minutes ago, HGould said:Almost all Councils of all political persuasions have seen their central Government Grant slashed in real terms by 50% since 2010.
Birmingham has had to pay out over £1 billion since 2012 after the 2004 to 2012 Tory led Council lost a Court case about pay inequality in 2010.
Councils in Thurrock, Croydon and Woking already declared bankruptcy and they have got no Govt help and they are Conservative.
Many other Councils on a knife edge too led by various parties.
So, when a Council goes bankrupt, who does all the stuff that the Council is meant to do?

A can't really get my head around this. Isn't the Council local Government?
So, if the Local Government is bankrupt, does the General Government not help them out?
Maybe just sell off any assets (to foreign investors) and, go from there?

Could a stadium last, entertaining one speedway meeting per week, six or seven months of the year. If the council support keeping the stadium for speedway, surely some of the restrictions need lifting.
Probably all down to numbers at the end of the day?

Sounds familiar,,, although not beyond the realms of possibility, probably outside the laws of probability. Keeping shale off the dog track could be done but, maybe the work involved could be beyond the promotion and (usually) the time and effort from volunteers to carry out a successful job. Who folds first?

There's not enough Crayola pens or Crayons to fix the rulebook as it is.
Please leave blank.

Dunno, maybe ask the guys that thought it was funny.
Suppose everyone has to potential to become mentally ill, sometime in the future if not already.

2 minutes ago, heathen52 said:I am told from a very reliable source, or should I say from someone that should know what went on, Nick apparently could not pee to take the second test.
If that was the case, when he was ready to take a pee, he should've provided one that could've cleared things up. I have actually heard a rider saying the same thing (about not being able to pee) but, surely drinking a gallon of water might've speeded things up?

1 hour ago, Fromafar said:Come on ,maybe not in law .He never got off with his excuse. So if he came back and they pick him again for a test what happens if he refuses just like this time (for no reason)
2 years down the line, either most will have forgotten or, he'll be a victim of harassment.

1 hour ago, screm said:Morris hasn't been found guilty of failing a drug test though, he has pleaded guilty of refusing to provide one, there will be some who see that as an admission of a failed one had he chosen to take of course.
One question though, do we know the reason why he refused to take a test.
