  1. Forget all the over the top hype around Lambert, Tonight's stand out rider for GB has been Worrall.

To beat Lindgren with how he's riding and to be on the pace with Dudek, Emil & Lindback is very impressive 👏

0 from Lambert and 1from Cook really let us down. King wouldn't have done any worse

  2. Looking at the line ups, USA look dreadful on paper. Even with this questionable team GB team we should be able to avoid last place.

Australia weakened a bit by having no Doyle who is one of the best riders at the moment. Plus now no reserve.

I'm hoping I'm proving wrong about my doubts about Worrall & Ellis in the team. Even Rosco didn't look too convinced when interviewed.

At least we are in the easier of the 2 qualifying events.

    Come on Team GB 🇬🇧

  3. I have updated the team line up part on the first page. Since the start of the season:

Most riders have seen there averages drop due to them being inflated at the start of the season.

The 3 riders with a huge drop in their average by 4 or more points are

    Holder (dropped from a 11 to a 7 avg)

    Doyle. (Dropped from a 13 to a 9)

    Ellis. (Dropped from a 7 to a 3 avg)

Lindgren has kept his 10 average and Kurtz, Batchelor and Morris have all actually improved on their inflated averages.

Huckenbech & Bates have moved from reserve into the main team. While Robson, Rose, Starke & Newman have seen themselves return to reserve positions.

Surprisingly even in this year's weaker reserve position, Branford's average has actually dropped by a point and Allen's has lowered too.

Leicester only have 2 riders still remaining from their starting line up!

Wolves are averaging the most with 48.48 while Swindon are averaging the lowest with 40.98

  4. I'm not sure that strengthens them a lot. Barker is riding well at the moment and Robbo should do well at reserve but team still full of inconsistent riders and no real number 1.

Can understand the Kennett change as a lot of us told Rye House fans that how he rides against stronger teams in the top league is different to the championship.

    Feel for Perks though

  5. Not sure what Rosco is thinking. Why put Lambert in the top 4 when he could have been at reserve. Ellis has been struggling in our league so would be eaten alive if had to ride in the SWC.

Shame King isn't in the team

  6. A fully fit and confident Kyle Newman scoring a max tonight beating the British champ twice. Starke only got 5 tonight. As I said a like for like change. Pooles loss is Leicesters gain

Newman's development has stalled the last couple of years. I think a change of club is what he needs. Howarth and esp Doyle progressed a lot more after leaving Poole.
