So when is this huge announcement? -
Peterborough Panthers 2023
LagutaRacingFan replied to Flappy's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
What exactly is Chapman selling? The BSPA should step in and allow the new Panthers consortium to set up a new speedway club in Peterborough. -
Premiership Team Of The Season
LagutaRacingFan replied to Shaggy's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Pretty remarkable that nobody has picked the most recent world champion to ride in Britain. -
Leicester Lions 2024
LagutaRacingFan replied to Barrow Boy 2's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Wolves have had an awful season and Leicester fans want to fill their team with Wolves riders. Masters and Douglas are not going to win a title for anyone. -

Ipswich Witches 2024 serious team predictions

No improvement with King on a 7 point average. Basso at 6.25 or Harris at 6.53 is much better value. -

Shame on Freddie Lindgren for not bothering to turn up to this. -
Ipswich Witches 2024 serious team predictions
LagutaRacingFan replied to SpeedwayFan91's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
If Ipswich want to keep Emil and Doyle, you need to find a couple of 5.00 riders who can improve their average. Possible options 1. Patryk Wojdylo - Talented rider but he may struggle to adapt to Ipswich. Would be useful on away tracks. 2. Patrick Hansen - Very good on small and big tracks, he would be my first choice. 3. Dimitri Berge - Has a very low average from his time in Britain, has been very impressive in Poland. 4. Jonas Seifert-Salk - Very talented youngster, would adapt to Ipswich very quickly. 5. Mads Hansen - Another talented Danish rider, very useful on small tracks. -
I would go for Tobi over Woffinden. Tai is looking to top-up his pension fund and his focus will be on the GPs. Tobi will give it 110% and will put his body on the line.

Where's the improvement coming from? Emil, King, or Doyle won't increase their average. -
I can't see anything?

King’s Lynn 2024 serious team predictions

No chance, Laguta is a miles better rider. Tarasenko has quickly become overrated. -
King’s Lynn 2024 serious team predictions

Not sure Tarasenko is a great signing. Not much improvement on his average. Same with Harris and Lawson. Lynn should have signed Wojdylo. -
Poole v Glasgow Championship Final 2nd Leg 11/10/23
LagutaRacingFan replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Tarasenko was an inspired signing by Glasgow. Not many teams were willing to gamble on an unproven 5 point rider. -

Poole fans getting flashbacks to 2010. Bomber Harris looks unbeatable. -

Glasgow V Poole Championship Final 8/10/23 6pm
LagutaRacingFan replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
14 points is not a lot. Ipswich found that out. Poole are favourites for me. Glasgow should have ended up with a 20 point lead. -
The league could be even stronger next year. We could have the likes of Maciej Janowski, Piotr Pawlicki and Anders Thomsen in British Speedway. Emil Sayfutdinov, Artem Laguta, Jason Doyle, Dan Bewley, Maciej Janowski, Piotr Pawlicki, Anders Thomsen, Jack Holder, Tobias Musliak, Brady Kurtz, Max Fricke, Tai Woffinden and Chris Holder. When was the last time British speedway was in such great shape? Every team in the Premiership next year will have a world class top 2.

If I won the lottery tomorrow, I would buy the Showground and sign Artem and Emil. -

Ipswich are 11/5 to hit a 5-1 in heat 15. That implies a probability of only 31.25% -

Who do Sheffield go for in heat 15? For me, it has to be Chris Harris and Robert Lambert. -

Compare this final to what we saw in Poland. Anyone who says the guest rule doesn't work is wrong. British Speedway is the winner tonight. Will Doyle and Emil step-up again?
