I agree with continuity of riders but not riders who are not good and who are unlikely to improve.

Check the latter's record of false promises and abject failure to deliver on promises, especiually in Reading and Milton Keynes. The NSS was a totally different case - backing from the city council plus Manchester City through their local sport initiative is a rather different scenario to a company with a record of fine words and zero action in far too many cases.
They've even spread into football with Torquay United. They own the club and immediately promised to demolish Plainmoor and move the club to a new stadium. They promised, they promised.....then said it wasn't going to happen.

I'd love them to build the new stadium but it would be foolish not to keep a very close eye on these people given their shocking record under various names.
Only because stupid Councils do not force them to build the new facilities before they are allowed to demolish or close what they have bought.

Mostly do that, not long ago I timed a program and it had 45 mins of program and 15 of intro and adverts.

The planning meeting scheduled for today was cancelled, but there was no mention of any info on the stadium on the agenda.

Perks achieved only 3.57 in the PL this year and Stewart and Rowe were well below him in the CL so your expectations may be high.
All three will need much better equipment and they will do well to average 3 Rowe, 4.5 Stewart and 4.5 Perks.
Apparently Anders has 6 new Ashtech engines lined up. Ellis does need faster engines as well, maybe he and Stewart can raise some money to buy any of Jasons 2019 engines that he is no doubt changing.

Good team but not as good as last season....which was inevitable
Im hoping us at Ipswich can persuade Tobi to sign for us
With the stupid team limits there is no way he can be expected to match Tobi's scoring, but he may improve after the first few months

The main lack of interest in the GPs was because there was no real chance of any Brit or a Swindon rider doing well after the first few rounds. Jason picked up towards the end. I tend to watch the GPs on utube so that if the meeting is not good I can just cancel it.

Unless someone realises that the Premiership is not a great product, Belle Vue and now Swindon aside, and that's the reason people are not turning up to watch week in week out then the malaise and general decline will continue. Watch all BT live matches broadcast last year and its not great watching compared to other sports competing for the consumers pound !
Agree about the tv meetings, I only watched a few as many of them were not worth the effort, the same with the GPs.

Seriously though, well done Rosco on putting together what looks like a very competitive side. Tough choice to let Musielak go, who when I watched him the few times that I did last year, looks a real class act.
Can anyone tell me where the idea of tangerine/orange influence came from? I thought it looked really good personally.
I seem to recall that the Orange came from the CFS logo our main sponsors.

For those who have not done it it is worth following the Swindon riders who double up on the Championship Speedway Updates section. Hopefully the new tv contract might even be showing a few Championship meetings .

Good signing and with the other Aussies in the team, can see him improving.
What is fun is that the resident Dick Head continues to make a fool of himself with all of its team predictions.

Although Kildmand has not had a good year abroad maybe a season back here will help him. The track should suit him and will look forward to his visits to the new track at Swindon.

With only three riders with average over 8 who rode in 2019 that would be difficult, especially since Swindon have already signed two of them. There may be a couple from abroad with that level of average but they would be expensive and a lot would depend on them wanting to ride here.

Those changes certainly improved the track and racing at Swindon
