This is beautiful Poole fans all up in arms because another side have the foresight to make a good change Poole speedway the team who have cheated and bent the rules over the years complaining when another team acts within the rules Lovely to see the Poole mob crying

Think you will find Lawson is very much disliked by many riders and is hard to get in with… dirty rider at times but can’t take it back like when he left a huge hole for Barker to get up the inside lol…. Loved Simon Stead’s comments that he rides well on British tracks nice dig at the forum people who think he should have rode at the world cup Well done to Dan showing his class when it mattered didn’t have it all on his own way Good to see Worrall making the wild card but his brother feels a pillock Barker and Lambert showed that even in conditions like that if you ride with your head you can do well …. No Poole arent the only team of course they arent but you have two top riders who are gating tarts in Lawson and Worrall......good top riders for sure but not known for passing people nothing wrong with that I would put riders like Schlein, Masters, Sedgeman, Cook as gating riders I would say Pickering , Harris , Basso, Nicholls , Barker, Wright, King and Douglas as examples are more racers. If you had a top 3 at Poole of Pickering , Nicholls and Wright as an example, i doubt the track would be prepared the same....................its a simple observation Back in the day you had Louis and to a lesser extent Havvy and Dugard as gaters and riders like Loram and Screen as racers........ And yes Worrall and Lawson could come from the back same as Louis and Dugard and yes sometimes Harris or Basso do make gates as Loram and Screen sometimes did But primarily you set your track and your starts how your riders want them and Poole are doing nothing wrong in what they do .............just i dont see why Poole fans see it differently

No I mean we are lucky to have a world class talent who has been 110% commited....been the best rider in the league and has time for the fans and has been a credit to the club and to the league Could have had cry baby Nicki or Artem who clearly doesnt want to be here

Well i bought the BSN and i should have known better...........dross as usual at Poole Poole have done the right thing preparing a track that you cant pass on as they have a team of gaters particularly their top two who cant pass anyone You cant blame Poole for doing that they want to be successful and its the only thing that keeps the crowds coming in as Poole fans notoriously disappear when they arent winning Poole track used to be good when they had a team of racers there like Loram and Nicholls............no way would the track be prepared as it is now if this was 1999 lol You go for home track advantage and nothing wrong with that......you certainly wouldnt see the move Harris did on Doyle he wouldnt have had any chance on the current track What annoys people is the fact Poole fans cant take this point of view......its clear to everyone the track is set for gaters ....accept it and move on My track Ipswich is not a great track and we know that as Ipswich fans and certainly wouldnt claim it to be good like Poole fans What we do have is amazing riders like Doyle and Emil who bring in the crowds ......we arent likely to make top 4 but we go to see these 2 superstars So come on Poole fans admit the track is poor but its done to be successful which is fine

Cant see us making the play offs we left it too long to replace Riss though good to see he might be coming into some form at last I for one hope Emil is back.......the guy apart from being sensational to watch has been such a signing for all other reasons.....seems to enjoy riding for us....his commitment has been 150% and im biased but he has been the leagues best rider by some way in my opinion. Also after EVERY meeting the guy is the last out of the pits signing for fans and having pictures and often still in his kevlars long after others have gone I also want to say what a credit the Thompson family are .....when Joe was with us his dad often lets the kids sit on the bike and wheels them around and has continued that with Dan....wonderful family and i hope Dan feels at home with us If possible i want the following back and build around them Emil , Doyle , Riss (surely a low average to exploit) and Dan Thompson King and Hume although good servants (and Danyon is a smashing lad another who is there for the fans after meetings) maybe need to move on and Rew hasnt kicked on at all like i thought he might after his maximum against Peterborough (yes i know they are shocking but thought he might get better after that score)

One of the few tracks where i wont buy the BSN stream as i prefer to watch a speedway meeting rather then the gate and go borefest you get at Poole I am in two minds as this could be a meeting where riders like Nicholls Masters and Kerr could outtrap Lawson and Worrall and unlikely to be passed........unlike Glasgow who are a team of racers and would have no chance on a gate and go track...........no issues with Poole doctoring the starts as the majority of their riders cant pass wind and thats what home track advantage is for Poole stronger now with Roynon out for the season can pick horses for courses So do i buy this and be thoroughly bored like the other times Poole are on or will there actually be something that resembles speedway

What level are you expecting Tai to perform at??? His 2013 level or 2015 level? We’re you expecting Chris Holder to do better as he was a past world champion or Nicki Pedersen?? Tai’s level now is about world number 10 or so …. About as good as Janowski or Dudek …. He isn’t as good as Madsen , Jack Holder, Doyle …. And will struggle to beat the likes of Thomsen and Michelsen and Fricke and certainly isn’t anywhere near Zmarzliks class Riders lose form as they get older …. Remember Nicki and Chris fighting for a world title now they can’t get in their country’s top 4 Tai is a 3 time world champion and people expecting him to be at that level are kidding themselves In that class of company I thought Tai would do well to get 9 Peoples judgement of him is because he once was the worlds best and last night after 2 , in my opinion unexpected wins, we assume he should have scored more and I agree that one point form his last 3 wasn’t good However i also expected Bewley to get more than 9 yet he escapes anyone’s criticism as it’s easier to bash Tai….. though in Bewleys defence he did have to wait a long time between his second and third rides which wasn’t ideal

You aren’t allowed to nominate your reserve in the last 4 heats … except for an injury like Holder Hence no Thomsen for the Dane’s …. Yet

Bewley will be in for heat 19 Just checked event one for example and the Czechs put Milik in for heat 20 after naming someone else
