Why are people putting Andys address on this forum? Disgraceful.

I have known Andy Povey for a few years now and have no reason to believe he would shut down the site for no reason. The last season Newport Speedway operated Andy came in and run the site with me, he updated it when i was away working free of charge and never asked for a bean. He programmed a lot of the final design whilst i done the graphics and again didnt charge a penny. He knew Newport were in the crap financially and wanted to help. I remember when the BSPA/go speed brought in the rule that all club sites were to be hosted on the bspa server and .co domains to be used and they were extremely arrogant in their way of instructing you to do so, i received the email myself. Clubs got their domain and webspace for free so werent too bothered but i thought it stank from the start. Im onl Only making a suggestion BUT i know enough about andy to know the site wouldnt of gone offline without a very good reason. Lewis Parsons

I appreciate what your saying BW, but remember how much flack the poole fans got last season for saying injuries ruined their play off final? Ward, for whatever reason, was missing and was the leagues star rider and would of been nailed on to score more than harris' 8 points Pawlicki was averaging ten at home albeit from about four meetings but again there was nothing to suggest he wouldnt of scored more than the 5 points rr accumilated for him. I remember shovvy getting loads of stick for suggesting the pirates were weakened which going on your theory suggests he was right

Johnston was never a favorite of mine, always classed as mr entertainment etc yet seemed an extremely plain rider to me. Was always a 6-7 point man though . Cant see how he was expected to suddenly change that at Wolves. forgive me if i am wrong but when he replaced ermolenko was sam not already well past his sell by date? From memory i remember him having two maybe three seasons as a top heatleader between 1999 and his retirement altho appreciate he was absolutely world class prior to that

The days of just hoping a decent team will attract big crowds are long gone Look at bradford 97 gone in 98 and were el champs racing in front of 800 a week Brum topped the league this year and swindon second both promotions complained at lack of crowds Newport 2011 ko cup winners , the top team in the pl for second half of that season crushing most teams at home getting big away wins with three genuine pl stars brilliant racing under the floodlights yet struggled to get 350 a week These days you need to promote the club extremely well to get decent crowds, a decent team alone wont get crowds in

Old timer is right though... Two of your top four missing for a play off meet? Its farcial. People wonder why fans are being driven away at an alarming rate and one of the main reasons is the fact that riders are missing all the time. I personally would like to see one month designated to all FIM events except the GPS... All these under 21 meetings during the season play havoc with fixture lists and rider line ups in both leagues. Its not fair to expect someone to pay full price admission to not see their full strength time and no matter whats said its a main reason for dwindling crowds.

Judgin on his performances on the whole, yep. His best days were hitting 10.5 for reading about five years ago , if he ever gets near that figure again ill eat my work boots

Makes me laugh how people think Poole haven't been hit by injuries! Ward and holder both out for huge periods of time.... No matter what you say holder would score more than Hancock!!! They shuffled the side to include THJ and pp and both of them suffered injuries not long after their debuts At least Poole do something about their injuries , yet wolves fans insist they've been decimated by injuries even though it's really only been proctor. Tais missed a few meets but not many. Wolves should of gone out and got a replacement ASAP when it was discovered proctor had done his back in instead they went for the cheap lazy option of rr then signing and out of form rider. They should of scouted Europe for a youngster, even Eastbourne done it with Mikkelson!!

Why are people complaining about the tactical rule now?! It's been about for nearly a decade for god sake. No matter how right or wrong it is it's here to stay it seems.

Only a plank like Brum would call another team poor just as his team have been turned over at home. Quality. Thought Shovvy come across quite well to be fair. Result as I expected. Will be a different story for the likes of THJ and Grajczonek next week at Poole I expect... Can't see Hancock scoring that low again either. I was just trying to wind a few wolves fans up and it backfired - have no shame admitting that . Didn't realise nki had shipped his Lynn gear off either, something clearly amiss as his score of five is extremely out of character

He should in reality of gone through the card, all the comments I made about him making wolves stronger were tongue in cheek... Surprised you didn't see that although it's no surprise that stevedumb didnt Nki has been on fire in all three leagues all season and although his gp forms been superb I feel tai has dropped off a bit in the uk recently for whatever reason All about opinions though and that's mine

Nki had a bad night it happens...... Quite a few said he would match Tais scoring so guess their all wrong as well Id still choose nki over tai as my number one of I was opening an el track tomorrow not just because he's of my favorite riders but his commitment is second to none and For such a poor performance tonight something must of been seriously wrong

Tai has been well beaten by average riders in his last few meetings, nki is sensational at wolves I would say on current form he makes wolves stronger

Domestically id take nki over woffinden every day. Hes the form rider right now, his league form in all three leagues has been outstanding forthe last two years. Doesnt weaken wolves at all Take a look at his last few scores at home... Has been well beaten quite a few times and has dropped plenty of points

Depends on both riders potential I see a lot more in lindgren than tully but i dont watch them each week
