I am proud to have worked alongside Neil Machin for the last 22 years, the most successful period in the history of Sheffield Speedway.

Tasked with overseeing the potential sale of Sheffield Speedway I would respectfully request that fans remain patient whilst the club is currently engaged in confidential sale negotiations.

    Sheffield 2014

As an officer of and on behalf of Class Trend Ltd trading as Sheffield Speedway I thank David Hoggart for HIS personal gesture that HE will match this donation should The Consortium complete the purchase of Sheffield Speedway from Neil Machin . . . I would respectfully request that fans remain patient whilst the club is currently engaged in confidential sale negotiations.

    Andre Compton Joins Glasgow

Good Luck Andre ! Judging by those after match spins at Sheffield, the Glasgow fans will finally have something to shout about ! Just remember those "Scottish Notes" won't be legal to spend back home 'come devolution' ! (Sorry Kirstie x)

Adam Roynon Looking For Team Spot

ROYNON ALMOST THERE Thursday 20 June, 2013 ENGLISH star Adam Roynon has successfully come through a low key comeback and admits he is almost ready to make a full-time comeback. Roynon who scored 11 points last weekend as a guest for old club Dudley Heathens at Berwick on Saturday and 7 points in an open meeting at Glasgow on Sunday was happy with how things went. He said: "It was great to have a skid against other riders to be honest. I've done a few laps on my own but nothing compares to actually racing other guys to prove yourself. I had bad luck with a puncture at Berwick and then made a few silly mistakes at Glasgow on the Sunday. It was hard work but I'm just happy to be back riding again and believe I will soon be ready to make a comeback and do a job for someone. I totally understand Leicester not being able to fit me in again and they are helping me find a spot and have been great with me." Quote from Adam Roynon website:

    New Rider For Sheffield

Quote from the Sheffield Star Website: The only piece of good news is that Sheffield have now completed enough meetings to be able to make a team change, and a new rider will be revealed on Monday after the Tigers management team said yesterday they had agreed terms with a well-known name.

Unfortunately the rolling averages seem to have pushed a number of riders out of the Premier League , but your list ought to include: Jordan Frampton, Lee Complin, Gino Manzares, Hynek Stichauer, James Holder, Richard Sweetman, Andre Compton.... and for the same reason as your Karlsson / Roynon post - Ricky Ashworth / Eddie(ward) Kennett.

Kings Lynn World Cup 9 July

Great Meeting to watch, even on TV ! 2(maybe 3) words, "unlucky" and "well-done" - apportion as appropriate !

    Speedway World Cup 2012

Best of luck to Team USA in Bydgoscz ! Expecting Greg to have recovered from his fall in Denmark, and can't wait too see Billy Hamill back on TV again ! Ryan Fisher, Ricky Wells and Kenny Ingalls (if called upon) are each capable of much more than their UK averages expecially when representing the Stars and Stripes. Should the USA 'pull this one off', which of Poland, Denmark or Russia do you expect to 'be relegated for next year' ?
