  1. Isn't that what he done when using a lay down engine at Peterborough at the start of last season???... dont blame the bike
  2. Not exactly the mouth watering line up as the original but should provide some good racing.
  3. I understand that Peterborough only had a podium and trophy for the winners too,so didn't recognize the efforts of the second and third place teams, if that was the case it was a bit of a poor show when put together with all the extra charges imposed on the meeting.
  4. Well done to my team Somerset on a splendid 3rd place, Congrats to Birmingham, Edinburgh and Sheffield also.

Good God!!!!!, I bet your real fun at Xmas. After a month of Girlball on the TV it was great to see a man's sport. Well done to Jarek Hampel who kept his cool and professionalism in his interview after Nicki turned left on him and almost put him in the top tier, which is more than can be said for Holder/Crump and Pedersen/Andersen but what the hell it made good TV..
  6. A very big well done to the Sheffield lads on a marvellous victory.
  7. It may not of been a classic British Final but as has been said above it was made interesting by it's unpredictability, besides anything is better than watching 22 poofters chasing a bag of wind in the girlball world cup.
  8. Can't stand the bloke but respect for what he has achieved in and given to the sport. good luck to him for his meeting when it takes place.
  9. Due to injury Troy Batchelor is taking Jason Crump's place in the Aussie team.
  10. I think that all the PL clubs should be represented at the event.
  11. TBH with Werner and Katt in the team most at Somerset didn't think the Rebels would get third in the group let alone in the final, it just goes to show what can happen when your four riders put there right head on whatever track they are riding.
  12. Thought Wuffy went well tonight and can be very proud of his contribution. Has Scott Nicholls been to the Nicki Pedersen speech therapy classes 'ya know'
  13. Just like you would own up if you found a winning lottery ticket Marron, "Dear camelot I just won a million quid but have to tell you to keep it as I was fortunate to have luck on my side and found it but it isn't right so you can keep the money" yeah right . I was not there but reading the official match report compiled by a Somerset fan think that Reading were extremely unfortunate to suffer the diabolical decision of a stupid blind ref, however it was not Doyle or Kramer that made that decision and ALL the numptys that boo'ed them should be ashamed of themselves for acting like kiddies that had lost their sweets .
  14. Excellent post, as you say Nicki didn't make the decisions that priviledge goes to that oversized lump of lard that was disguised as a ref, and I too thought it totally out of order to cheer when Nicki fell off, I am not a fan of NP by any means and don't think he should of even qualified for the semi's but luck was on his side until his fall which did look quite nasty and painful and he certainly didn't deserve the cheers for falling, for getting up when possibly injured and clearing the track yes but not for his fall. Well done Crumpy. I certainly wouldn't like to be bomber at the moment as he is gonna hurt big time, but what a guy.
  15. I didn't go to the meeting but can't understand why everyone would have a go at the Somerset riders over what happened in the semi-final, why not go and stand in front the refs box and boo him after all he made the decision not Doyle. Also what Doyle is supposed to of done in the final by slowing the race down, not one of the riders in that meeting could or would honestly stand with their hand on their heart and say that they wouldn't of done the same. It would appear that yet again Somerset provided top class entertainment to the travelling hoardes and hopefully Cardiff will do the same to those of you going, enjoy your day. Well done again Workington, tuff luck Somerset and extremely tuff luck Reading.
