They were definitely talking to Freddie Lindgren.

Would be huge potentially in terms of pulling the crowd in . What would he want a meeting 3k ? 150 @£20 from Wolves would cover that .. But how many would be persuaded that's the question ...

Good grief ... do you think that Rogers went tp Poland and maimed him?

No but stinks of either not been true or the rider not fancying it now .... Or always been the plan and attempt a Eddie Kennett type manoeuvre .

  3. Why would Shamek Pawlicki be such a bad signing and Tobi Musielak is considered a fabulous signing for kings Lynn .

Pawlicki average 2.412 in Polish liga 2 (20 matches )

Musielak average 1.944 in Polish Liga 2 (18 matches )

Maybe there is more to it than I know . But just looking at the bare stats Shamek had a really good season last year ...

I reckon you googled the 1st one during a traffic jam, google says 1 hour 40 (82 miles) at the moment! I can do Perry Barr in 2 hours and I have to drive past Oxford to get there.

Agreed I wouldn't want to be catching a lift off him to any of them destinations .

I would imagine a few Wolves fans will go to Perry Barr for their Speedway fix in 2024.  You also have Leicester, Sheffield, Belle Vue in the same league.. which are also an awful lot closer than Oxford which was the Brummies local derby in 2023.  More chance of a few visiting fans, but the key will be getting a decent race track & competitive team.

You sure about that ?? Leicester maybe 25 miles closer but the others are as far if not further ...

    Harris is at Oxford.

I see the BB looking like this:

    1. Pawlicki

    2. Z Cook

    3. Wright

    4. Brennan

    5. Zagar

    6. Lampart

    7. RS - not sure which ones are still applicable and available

Charles Wright would not be a very popular choice by all accounts .

    So....it looks like :

    1.

    2.Brennan

    3,Harris

    4.Lawson or Wright

    5.

    6.Lamparrt

    7.Z.Cook

Not sure what average that works out to and what it would leave for the Top Two?

    Fantasy speedway eh ! :D

    1.Pawlicki

    2.Lampart

    3,Harris

    4.Brennan

    5.Zagar

    6.Z cook

    7.Flint

Wiktor Lampart would be a very nice addition to British Speedway, a young Pole on the up. Average just below F Jakobsen in Ekstraliga, and despite being one of the weakest riders in Ekstraliga main bodies, he’s only 22 years old. I’d expect him to average 6 at least if here for the full season.

On a 5 point average Lampart would be a great signing . Certainly a rider I would expect to put a least a point on his average . He may start the season at number 6 in the reserve berth , he would surely pile the points up from that position .

  9. If we start the season with Zagar as number 1 we are finished before we even start . This has the LR stamp all over it .  Stefan Neilson will no doubt be our number 6 .

I have no problem with Zagar been in the team . What average would he come in on ? surely he is no where near his last average ability ? Which means we would be chucking a couple of points away straight off .
