My Final Team Prediction before the big announcement.

    Jack Holder

    Kyle Howarth

    Tobiasz Musielak

    Adam Ellis

    Broc Nicol

    Jake Allen

    Connor Mountain (Rising Star)

    Dan Thompson (8)

thats 4 changes from last season moley said in SS last week just a couple of changes.

i  though they were mad not to hang onto broc nicol, and think it will be just as mad not to hang onto picko.

  2. speedway for me is not about winning, it is about watching 4 guys turning left and racing, to me it is more about the entertainment value than seeing your team win all the time, sport is supposed to be about 2 teams battling it out for supremecy and not knowing the winners before you go, i remember in the late 70`s/ early 80`s when sheffield did not have too good a side and there was some close meetings which the tigers lost quite a few of, but these were enjoyable to watch as you never knew the outcome.

  3. around sheffield i would take both sedgey and wrighty above morrris, as previously stated wrighty could prove to be a trump card for us, and whoever partners josh at reserve throughout the season is going to be more experienced than some of the other teams reserves.

IF josh does get injured like everyones predicting, then we will have a rising star almost equal in ability to the other rising stars in the league, so then our season is unlikely to go belly up.

it looks an evenly balanced league of which the winners could be any of 4, discounting kings lynn and peterborough but we all know injuries play a big part in the outcome.

With the mentioning of Lawson not back, wondering if team could be 1 Batch, 2 Bates, 3 Grajzonek, 4 Howarth, 5 Holder, 6 Morris 7 RS.

with that line up we will be over the limit, i reckon with signing batch that grajczonek wont be returning.

For Pedersen and Kurtz? Certainly would be a much weaker team.  Going slightly off topic, is there a conspiracy of silence about Premiership signings? Whilst some Championship teams have named all seven, not heard of a single one from any Premiership team.

looking at what the points limit is,yes.

  6. what we have left to play with is 6.31

kurtz I believe will be on a 4.00 average(that's why hes a bit of a gamble)and with signing morris I cannot see us signing a 5 and half point man for the last place leaving about 0.80 unused when we could have had a better option than ash morris at reserve.

riders under 6.31 available and not announced as signed anywhere yet include- heeps, MPT, musielak, bewley, harris, bellego, Lawson, allen, nicholls, covatti.

from those im sure some have deals already under the table, apart from 2 which stand out as nothing sorted yet.....musielak and bellego, I would expect the last one to be musielak...

    time will tell.

But at home, i think he is certainly capable of beating a number of riders on his home track in the Premiership.

I think it's great that (whatever the reasons behind it) Simon has decided to have a bit of continuity & that Sheffield have given him a chance at this level.

    only numbers 6 and 7.

reason is probably cos he`s peter mole`s car washer.

    poor signing IMO

Reckon you guys have got a gem in Broc Nicol. He's mustard on the tighter tracks and no mug on the larger one's.

gem???? they've got the next big thing on their hands, with dougy and broc theyre going to be strong elsewhere.

cant see why the tigers didn't move heaven and earth to get him to stay,

    good luck wolves.
