Try that out on Chris Holder....

Are the Thompson family and Stewart Dickson on friendly terms? Suggestions on here last season that the relationship wasn't good

    Brummies 2024...

How definite are Luke Becker and Ryan Douglas at Leicester? One of those two would be good captures. If Birmingham can use the composition of the Wolves 2023 team as a template (I don't mean import all the riders!) with a slightly stronger reserve pair, they could fit the bill without having to pay Zagar whatever ridiculous money he may demand

    Brummies 2024...

Travel expenses might be a bit on the high side.

Surely more involved than that? A large factor but must be other considerations to take into account

    Brummies 2024...

Could be that available riders are having to choose between Oxford and Birmingham to sign for. Perhaps similar situation to the past two seasons in the CL? If you were a rider, where would you prefer to be?

Nicki Pedersen doing a surprise U-turn?

    2024

On the evidence of 2023 there are not enough riders of a sufficiently high standard to support a premiership of 7 teams. It would inevitably mean at least one team becoming tailed off from an early stage, with the associated problems that would be entailed both for those clubs and the league. Much better to consolidate into 6 teams and work to ensure they all reach end of the season in good financial state.

    Playoff Final

The obvious solution is for Phil Morris to hire the Cardiff stadium (at mates rates), bring Ole Olsen over to instal a track, and sell it to Discovery+ at a huge profit for televising.

I thought he'd been sacked by Leicester!

    Jubilee final!!!!!

Reactions to this news on Social media so far.. "They cannot be serious!!" J P McEnroe "I don't believe it!!" V. Meldrew "That's cricket, know what I mean". F.Bruno "Maaaan, I just, like, what's it about, whoo". K. Richards

    Sheffield Tigers 2024

Would Woffinden be welcome? If he did really use foul language over the PA system, and directed it at Ipswich fans, surely that didn't exactly impress the main sponsor of both clubs?

    Berwick 2024

That should mean you won't be signing Craig Cook or Batchelor. But on the other hand.....

    2024

Phil Morris is having one built in his back garden, down in south Wales

    Peterborough Panthers 2023

It reads as if the article was actually written by AEPG, and the timing of its publication was "impeccable"

    Peterborough Panthers 2023

Hard to believe Mr Chapman's assertion that this wasn't a "cash cow". Perhaps he will in due course substantiate this but more likely it will remain "strictly private"
  18. Nick Morris needs to act decisively over this issue, including imposition of a severe penalty to Woffinden. If he doesn't, he is a straw man
  19. It sounds like he's had one too many bangs to the head

Ipswich v Sheffield play off final 1st leg

Robert Lambert is usually boringly bland. That was much, much better. However, has he forgotten why he was there? To replace riders injured whilst riding in Poland. Who have merely added to the terrible toll of riders this season seriously hurt not on British tracks but in his beloved Poland.
  21. Rolling in it, so they are. Sewage is like liquid gold
  22. Ipswich should know how to prep the track to nullify Harris. It shouldn't be difficult to do

    Emil Sayfutdinov

Well, let's hope he can keep it up
  24. Hamish McRaker

    Emil Sayfutdinov

Perhaps Laguta's club in Poland kept him on a short leash whereas Emil's cut him a lot more slack - which probably worked to mutual advantage? Also Emil had the advantage of being here from the beginning of the season, compared to Laguta
