Recently been on the dog walk, it's cold, wet and blowing a gale. Staying home tonight...

I wouldn't want to put money on that, I expect there will be very little between them in the UK...

For me the main thing is that you finish in the top 4 to reach the Play Offs.
So the top 4 to finish in the Play Offs for me will be in no particular order.
Bell Vue
Ipswich
Leicester
Sheffield
The winner of the Play Off will be the team that books Bomber Harris as a Guest for the Play Offs.
Bomber rode for two teams in the 2023 play offs, maybe he can make it three in 2024. And lets not forget that Lambert will no doubt rock up for someone again for a lovely big end of season payday...

Fricke is young enough to improve, Doyle is beyond his best. To win a league title you need riders who can improve their average over the course of a season. I don't see any, except Rew in the Witches septet.
Should have gone to Specsavers...

Wasting a whole evening to watch 15 mins of action is never going to work in the modern digital age. Times have changed since the 'good old days'...

Sheffield are top heavy with big hitters at home that don’t do enough away. Getting Holder back after the performance in the play off at Ipswich is crazy. Would have kept Tobi personally and built around him.Belle Vue kept a decent core and Bewley needs to get back to his best over here. Mountain leaves them with a poor reserve pairing.
Ipswich have strengthened with Ellis for Riss, Thomas is a good signing and they could go one better than last year now Rew has had a full season.
Kings Lynn will be the dark horses for me. Bags of potential with some experience to boot.
leicester are built very much like wolves last year but with a proper no1 in Fricke, will do reasonably well at home but take some hidings away
brum…well, we’ll see how they finish
Thomas ???

Recent history suggests it all depends on whether they are the team to shoehorn ''play off Bob'' in at the end of the season...

Damn won't share
Basically Adam has dislocated shoulder racing in Oz today.
Let's hope he's sensible and rests up for a few weeks...

His away GSA was higher than his home GSA this year, so I suspect you might well be correct...

People like me that live alone that private rent have very little spare cash available once we have spent our money on essentials like booze, drugs and hookers
Best post of the year...

Very true, plus of course we might see 'play-off Lambert' rocking up again for someone else on his bargain average...

Not everyone does...

Bigger issue is 16 and under is free. but then once the child gets to over 16 its £21 . thats why you rarely see many "students" at speedway.
comparing season tickets Speedway is now more expensive than football in Ipswich... let that sink in
That really surprises me...

This seems to be his usual response to anyone who doesn't lick his azz...

Yes, that was certainly a strange one. 'Silver Machine' was top 3 hit for Hawkwind back in 1972, but i'm not aware of any link to that...
