    I.O.W vs Kent 24/05/2018

Hi Gee Jay, all of the home Isle Of Wight footage is filmed by Speedway Portal, but the footage is passed over to Ken Burnett of T2TV Media who commentates, adds graphics and packages the DVD's for sale. They are available to buy not only at the track shop on race nights, but also on the Warriors site and on T2TV Media's site as well, along with being promoted on the Warriors Facebook page and on the T2TV Media Facebook page and in the match day programmes. I will personally look into more prominent access to buy the DVD's from the Warriors site over the next few days, but in-between times, here are the direct links to the pages where you are able to purchase the DVD's online. From this page you can buy the complete 2018 DVD set of home meetings at a reduced rate, or click into any of the home meeting sections to not only access details to buy that meetings DVD, but also stream off track footage from the meeting, interviews, rider parade etc and a hottest heat from each meeting along with match previews, reports and an official image gallery. Some footage is only available to stream from these pages and are not included on the DVD's, so well worth a look for Warrior and away clubs fans. https://www.speedwayportal.com/warriors-2018-multimedia T2TV Media Isle Of Wight 2018 DVD page https://www.speedwayportal.com/t2tv-speedway-isle-of-wight-2018 Hope that helps, Many thanks, Andy

    Mildenhall 2018

DREW KEMP & gGANT RACING ENTER THE PORTAL Drew Kemp and gGant racing today announce the launch of their official online Media Channel and tie up with the speedway production and online media company Speedway Portal. Speaking of the tie up Drew said "It's great to work with someone like Andy at Speedway Portal. He does an awesome job and I can't wait to work with him even further in the future. With my first full season in national league coming up, the help and support that I get off of them really helps and I'm really appreciative of what they are doing for me and the team." Andy Hague from Speedway Portal said "I first met Drew and his team whilst attending the GB Young Lions training camp on the Isle Of Wight in 2017. It impressed me to not only see how Drew attacked and adapted to the track conditions, but also his enthusiasm and attention to learn and listen during the off track training day as well. He jumped at a request for an impromptu interview whilst we were filming at the Celebration Of Speedway event at Paradise Park, and from then on we kept an eye on his progress through the British Youth Championships and also followed closely his social media presence throughout the year. We had a chat whilst he was racing at Eastbourne towards the end of the season, which has now turned into this great opportunity not only for Drew, but for us also. With Drew starting his first full season in the National League at Mildenhall, it is the perfect time for us to work with him to add to his online presence with his Media Channel on the Portal, as well as assist him and the team in other areas and offer advice where appropriate." Drew joins a steadily increasing stable of riders including former world No.2 Krzysztof Kasprzak and Paul Starke with their Media Channels on Speedway Portal. 11. READING RACE INTO THE MEDIA SPOTLIGHT SPEEDWAY PORTAL, one of the sport’s leading online media outlets, are pleased to announce the launch of the official READING RACERS MEDIA CHANNEL. The channel, which is now live, will aim to complement the Racers existing web presence, whilst promoting the Reading Racers brand to a wider audience. Using various multimedia sources, the Portal will be adding value to the ultimate goal of seeing the Reading Racers back on their own home shale. SPEEDWAY PORTAL spokesman ANDY HAGUE said “We met some of the Racers management team earlier on in the season where we heard of the hard work being put into their goal of seeing the Racers back on their own race track.” “Another meeting followed, resulting in the PORTAL forming a working relationship with the Racers organisation which we hope will be the start of something positive for them and British Speedway.” “We aim to assist the team not only by providing their media channel, but also in other areas where able. Looking to the future, there are many avenues and collaborations being worked on within the PORTAL, and having such a great historic club be a part of that is inspiring for our progression.” One of the Reading management team, Lorraine McClellan said "We are really excited to be working with SPEEDWAY PORTAL to bring our supporters a multimedia channel full of all our latest items and video footage for our supporters to enjoy.” Click the link below to gain direct access to the media channel. https://www.speedwayportal.com/reading-racers-media-channel

    Sunderland Speedway Memories

I have some more information on the situation following the phone call I have just made. I have just spoken to Tim, who was the owner of MadWeb Design before it was bought out by It Rocks Marketing, of which Tim is a partner. He isn't a member on the Forum, so has given me permission to explain the conversation on his behalf on this post. It seems, the Website was cloned before it was taken down years ago, and after the mandatory 3 months after the web domain had lapsed, it looks like whoever cloned it bought the domain name and made the site go live again. Tim has been aware of this for around 2 years now when he was in contact with the two guys who he worked on it for, and went through all the correct legal channels to have the site taken down as it is a blatant breach of copyright to not only MadWeb, but the guys who MadWeb were working for. It seems the only way left going forward to close it down would be court action, to which a cost would be involved, hence why this has not been done. Tim has also picked up (having looked at the site whilst on our call) on the fact that the disclaimer at the bottom has MadWeb all over it? which again is another blatant copyright breach. Again we both agree to stress that Speedway Portal is my business, and it Rocks Marketing is Tim and his two partners business. MadWeb is no longer active and hasn't been for the last 2 years, but the MadWeb domain name has been kept and points to a page on the it Rocks website. I hope this gives a little more information to help the situation. And we both fully agree it is very worrying and puzzling why this has/is being done. Many thanks, Andy

    Sunderland Speedway Memories

Hi guys, I have just been directed to this thread. My name is Andy Hague, owner of Speedway Portal. And yes we are based in Poole and sponsor the Isle Of Wight Warriors along with many riders, locally and internationally. Both myself and Speedway Portal DO NOT run or edit the Wightlink Warriors website at all. We work closely with the Warriors to provide their media channel on Speedway Portal, we film all of their meetings and provide behind the scenes footage and I also am a member of the Warriors off track team working on promotion and design etc. There is no reference at all to Sunderland Speedway on the Portal, although if you feel this would be of benefit to the speedway community we are happy to create something working alongside you. I can fully assure you that this is the first that we have heard about this situation. I or our team do not know of a "Byron Sparrow", or have any information regarding the Sunderland website as above other than what is written on this thread. We do however know the former company MadWeb, and will contact the owner and alert him to this thread ASAP. Speedway Portal only work within the Portal, we do not do outside websites. I hope that helps. Any questions or queries please let me know. Andy
