    Cardiff 2020

Whilst I get your point, a great atmosphere dont make the racing great. Normally is good in poland, but my experience at ullevi was very disappointing.

    One Day World Final?

Manchester easily the best uk race track, so many lines, always deliver great racing. Cardiff ( people say close racing) well as it's the size of a large roundabout it would be!! Huge advantage off gate 1, check the stats. Day trippers may live cardiff, speedway fans would prefer manchester, and the great GP at coventry. If people like "comfort" of a seat, you welcome to it, for people who like to stand have a different viewpoint. If you like hype, loud music enjoy cardiff, if you like the actual product, I'd say manchester every day of the week.
  3. don't know of anyone in favour of doubling up....ridiculous
  4. whilst it will never happen, would the return of Tai, help turn uk speedway around....slightly!
  5. real sensible post, british speedway isn't worth more than £10 for the standard served up and standard of riders on show
  6. my time watching ko cup, was always decent turnout..anybody remember the first second bend at brandon in 98???
  7. proper speedway....even kings lynn had boyce, leigh, crump, parker and won nothing! people are not thick, they know when they getting short changed, and these riders just no longer attractive. doubling up killed it
  8. and witches the only team to dump Tony Rickardsson!
  9. to answer original question....without doubt in my memory
  10. and I "believe" under 21 brit champion
  11. never been biggest fan of harris, and doubt he can mix it at top level, but as long as HE wants to follow his dream, then go for it
  12. Coventry was superb venue, such a shame its missing, just watching Olsen farewell on youtube shows what speedway is missing..should never of taken british final away either, Eastbourne was disastrous british final venue...cant argue much about NSS though
  13. no offence mate, but its been a while since I seen saddlebow road produce a great meeting...winning the league is more important than good racing IMO, of course it helps, but results in sport matter more. the lower standard of riders these days don't help the matter much
  14. Ermolenko 93 world final, that was there for all to see, could name over 10 instantly, but decisions are made, and always will be made wrongly even with technology..thats sport! when you on the receiving end its not good, but Poole speedway are NOT to blame for that decision!
  15. not short of tractors in that neck of the woods!
  16. nail on head.....awful league, but well done ford again (non poole fan), the likes of him and the legendary john berry, know how to win...and promote!
  17. I would guess Poole will hit two 5-1s and two 4-2s throughout the night....on that basis (which isn't extreme), kings lynn would need 7 plus 5-1s....a tall order
  18. speedway is semi pro-----at best in britain
  19. daily star again leading the way on speedway today, with tonights finale
  20. Britain may be struggling domestically, with such awful leagues and stupid rules, but hand Britain a top class professional showpiece, and Britain will STILL deliver a crowd that challenge any country
  21. Coventry put on a superb GP, too, very much missed venue for top class racing
  22. of course you have to accept Cardiff is a showpiece, and the finance that goes with it, but take away the razzamatazz, and focus on the actual racing, NO THANKS...for part time one off fans im sure they love it, but NSS is such a great race track, with many lines, great size. it destroys many less favoured GP circuits, and if only it had the two tier like Torun!!
  23. Cardiff may have prestige but NSS blows it away for proper on track action. always Britain with just one round and indoor at that!
