This is great news for Plymouth fans. The Fish is 100% entertainment and its much better having him in your team than against you! I think there will be some exciting racing at Plymouth this year and a lot of people will be looking forward to the visit of Plymouth to their track too.

Bydgoszcz Gp And Torun Play Off
Les C replied to bruno's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Yes Well done to Jason Crump. Deserved it. Would have been great if Thomas had done the impossible though! Very disappointed with the standard of racing tonight though. I always thought that you always got good racing at Bydgozsch but tonight proved that even the best race track in the world can be spoiled by shocking track prep. It was almost like Ole Olsen was making a point for his last GP - thankfully he has gone now and we can have someone who has good racing in mind as the new organiser. I just don't understand why a Speedway GP organiser would set up a race track to make it such a non-event!? If only Doc Bridgett could be at every speedway track every day of the week? What can we do about clones?!!!! Anyway, congratulations again to JC - he is a worthy world champ and it would be great if we could see him next Saturday!!! C'mon the Monarchs! -
A-plant Classic (individual)
Les C replied to GlasgowGuy's topic in Speedway Testimonials & Individual and Shared Events
Poor meeting in front of a poor crowd yesterday. Very few passes and little entertainment on track. Is there anything that can be done to the Glasgow track to get it more raceable? There seemed to be very few passing lines with good riders being made to look ordinary if they missed the gate. Processional, strung out races were the order of the day and that should not be the case because the field was made up of some pretty handy riders. The classic example of this was the semi-final where the Messiah (who had looked almost invincible early in the meeting) trundled round at the back when he missed the start. I've seen him do it a few times at Ashfield and you have to wonder what kind of race track it is when a rider of that class deems it a lost cause after just one lap. It's no wonder the crowds at Ashfield are so low when the only enterainment during the day is provided by the crowd!! -
Tickets For Sweden Gp's And Sweden Swc Avaliable
Les C replied to NoFear's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Does anyone know if there are any buses running to the Speedway from Stockholm on Saturday night? I have not yet made any arrangements and don't have a car hired!! Surely there must be buses or trains running from Stockholm and back on Saturday night?! Also, Will we be able to pay at the gate or should we phone up to book tickets? I'd be very grateful for any information!! THanks! -

Does anyone know how far Eskilstuna is from Stockholm and if there will be buses running to and from the track on the Saturday night from Stockholm? If there are, how do we book? Cheers -

Whats this all about? I thought it was just midgets racing at the Showground? Will there be any Solo action worth going to see? Or is this just a wind up!!?? -

Thanks Timbo. Does anyone have any recommendations as to where to sit or whether you are just as well paying 20 Euros for the standing section?
