Seem to have forgotten that we were well on the way to signing Kildemand last year until Poland put pay to that. Feel it is very much a case of let's make sure Somerset are able to pay for themselves rather than put themselves in danger of shutting the doors like many before us.

Starman come in. Where you hiding? -
I wouldn't hold your breath, I'm not sure it's all apparent to the BSPA so we've no hope
-
Don't they run the club? Which would mean it was the club who made the decision?
-
I'd of done the same. If a team had got rid of me I'd want to show them they were wrong and stick the proverbial middle finger up to the lot of them. He's not done an awful lot wrong tbf
-
Not sure that's a problem. I would rather have a team built within our financial restraints than have a team that we've spent more than we can afford and have no team
-
It's possible to have an out and out number 1 with Josh in the team

Wright is already an asset
-
You're 100% correct but now we got Jake and BWD as assets that would more than cover Kurtz to Poole. Also Poole would be calling the shots for Kurtz, he is bar the bit of paper saying it a Poole asset
-
Kurtz isn't Somersets to let Poole have, he's Pooles

What a ridiculous post this is. As has been pointed out on a previous post Glasgow did exactly the same at Rye house using Bewley as a guest, Also using the old system Somerset would of still been able to use Bewley as a guest because any rider averaging under 3 would get their average rounded up to 3 meaning Wajtknecht average would be 3 anyway -

2.63 according to the Rebels site -
Eastbourne haven't done a great job with this, they tweet saying BWD is still contracted to Eastbourne but they very same day say he's a Lakeside asset, how can he be both? Am I missing something here? Do Eastbourne even know?
-
just seen the post from Dugard on Twitter, this is going to drag on
-
Yet the rider agrees with Somerset, not sure we've heard the last of this one

They say the same thing every year and it's always the 1-7 that is announced.
-
Yep we do, it's compulsory for every team to have one now
-
Who will be the first to bite But this is nothing new for the Rebels, for as long as I can remember this has been the case for us. I'd much rather this and make sure everything is 100% correct and avoid what has happened the last couple of years, Only a week and a bit left and we will know the 1-7
