Don't know what Buster has in store, but I can't help think that Lynn may have missed out after all the "we want to build on this seasons success " talk.. If Lambo don't get any back up, we might as well of swapped with the Panthers and gone in the Champ
-
Reserves Kasper averaged 2.55 last season and Jay only averaged 2.73 away from the NSS.
-
Great looking team. Should have the best reserves all season.
-
On a cold winters night in the UK for a few grand.. Nah. Must be a millionaire ?
-
Step forward Buster Chapman
-
I'd agree. Very strong. We haven't seen all the line ups yet, but they certainly look the team to beat so far. Swindon have a stronger top 3, but the Panthers are looking strong everywhere. I wonder if Buster will give them at pad on the back

Good signing for you there. I bet he had a good few teams after him as well. I would of welcomed him at the AFA for 2019.
-
Look mate... I wasn't Jakobsens… OK
-
He rode 21 meetings in 2018 .. 8 for Rye, scoring 51 points from 42 rides for an average of 4.85 He rode 13 meetings for Poole averaging 5.04. If you add the 2 up is 9.90 and divide by 2 gives 4.95 over the 21 meetings. If you take Ryes away, he average 5.04 from 13 meetings for Poole. How many meetings does he need to ride in the Prem for his ave to count then?
-
Thanks.Thats some drop. Swings and roundabouts I guess as Kurtz ave went up.
-
NBJ averaged 5.04 last season and is listed as such on the green sheet averages.. No doubt there is a reason behind it that we are not aware of. From 13 meetings he averaged 5.93 at home and 4.00 away.
-
Oh dear. Scrap that then
-
According to the Panthers thread they have signed Damien Drozdz, making him one of their reserves.
-
I agree Neils was poor early on in meetings this season and come on when the track became slicker. I don't know if it was his shoulder, age creeping in, confidence, desire or some of all the above. But he came to the party on many at time later in meetings. N. Morris 6.60, Kenny B 7.02, Hans 7.56 or Cookie 7.73 ( some better than others) would of covered if Neils ain't coming back.
-
Yep. NKI backed him up . You are right, it maybe should of been the other way around, but we had 2 "top riders" that got us points in heats 13 and 15
-
If that turns out to be right, the Panthers will be happy with their team so far.And how long will it be before Lambo gets mift off with no back up. After last season it would be disappointing all round. It's ok having Kasper on a 4, but last season he averaged 2.55. Paired with MBJ, I don't think that is a strong enough reserve pairing, without a NKI type of rider.

Reserves will stay all season.a Bit weak, but we have a top 2 .
-
You know Buster I take it?
-
Good signing I would of had him at Lynn
-
If that ends up to be the team, there would be a few things that would concern me if i'm honest. 1st up is no back up for Lambo. I know NKI only averaged 7 and a bit, but there where many times he had a good heats 13 and 15 with Rob. That would be gone. Then there is Lewis Kerr. He has had some bad knocks and who knows how both his body and mind will be like when he comes back. I wish him well, but a concern for me on his ave. Lewis averaged 7.68 from his 4 home meetings and only 3.37 from his 7 aways. TJ has struggled away from home. From his 2018 season he averaged 7.53 from his 11 home meetings, but a poor 4.68 from 13 away meetings. You can't afford that again next season with no real back up for our No.1 thrown in.. Kasper will still be on his assessed 4.0 He needs to reach that 4 point average. In his 7 meetings in 2018 he averaged 2.55. Consisted of 2.0 from 3 home meetings and 2.86 from 4 away. I know he did ok in his short spell with Sheffield, but he would need to average his assessed 4 point ave. I hope he will get close. I'm not on a downer, but after last season i'm hoping the team will be built to win the league . I can't see it getting better with the riders available Will have some close ones at home, including some losses and can't see that team getting anywhere near last seasons away results. If the Stars want to build on 2018 they ain't going to with that team sadly imho

Bald Bloke replied to Cliv Clav's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Done. All the best. -
It must be. Same for both ways seems fair to me..So divide said Champ rider by 1.5 I would say.
-
Its on the Panthers thread that it may well be one of their riders.Or maybe theres more than one. Who knows.
