Hi, sorry for a silly question in such tough times. I have been watching old videos on YouTube from the 70's and 80's of the panthers. I remember in about 1979 or 1980 a British championship 1/4 final at the showground that was won by Andy Hines with a maximum. There was a panthers rider at reserve who scored 7 pts from 3 rides but I cannot remember who. Ian barney? Adrian pepper? Adrian smith? And buck? For thoses with long memories, can somebody tell me who it was? Thank you.
Like I said before, sign anybody they want, as long as they keep to the overall average. Appears simple enough to me. No worrying about whether an average is above 6.00 in the top league.
No, sorry, I guess that we will have to live with this side, and hope. Don't forget that Lunna is still a great signing, could go much further in the sport.
I would love to see the Panthers compete next year, if only to give some headaches to opposing promoters, think of the money they willl have to pay. Come on Panthers, next year will be the time.
