  1. This happens every season at Lynn and did at Peterborough before our track was dug up. One common denominator
  2. Go on then I'll start it. At least 4 new riders
  3. Such a shame to see Buster and King's Lynn struggling. Has he sold Panthers yet btw?
  4. Didn't want to ride for Panthers B team after all
  5. Paddy W is a good rider he'll just need time
  6. I see the committee said there will be positive news coming soon after a meeting last night
  7. Nice one Buster. Nice dry track at the showground that could've been used (well if the shale hadn't have been dug up)
  8. Anyone heard from the club owner?
  9. The state of the showground is so sad
  10. At best this is going to be very long winded. I agree they should follow the local plan and provide a new venue but I have zero faith in our council or local government to actually hold these people to task. It all feels at least a year too late and this is where Chapman needed to do more to drum up support and a challenge of Indeed he wanted to save Peterborough speedway.
  11. Crying shame but I think we're done for a long while at best
  12. All gone very quiet regarding our future I predict a multi ear scrap
  13. Hard not to feel that Panthers won't ever ride at the showground again and the fight must be to force AEPG and he council to find some lad and build a new stadium as per the local plan.
  14. Correct however IP30 and IP36 state if so they'll need to find an alternative venue. I know which one is cheaper
  15. Ged has said numerous times the club would've continued and Chapman only purchased it to keep the Elie league alive
  16. It's Mick Bratley going to the meeting not our illustrious owner
  17. A touch of class about Ipswich unlike king's Lynn
  18. But shows no desire to fight to keep it open the people of Peterborough clearly want him to move on to. If you think what is going on or isn't is acceptable for an owner of a sports club in the heart of the city then I'm sorry you're the problem. It may feel good as. King's Lynn fan on the outside here thinking he's got one over on Panthers etc but this doesn't look well on you guys either and Lynn fans are innocent in this. You can see why people are throwing accusations around currently as he's saying absolutely nothing and leaving it to others to fight his fight without handing the club over. All it would take is a big rallying call on the club social media pages and website along with the local press and people would back it as it stands I'm afraid he looks complicit by doing nothing.
  19. Now that wouldn't surprise me
  20. People can do what they please but it's Peterborough or nothing for me
  21. He's getting away with this very Scot free currently and it doesn't overly sit well. All I see as a fan is our club closed down, track dug up without a fight from the owners of the club. The fight is being conducted by fans and a consortium who want to take the club on, fine but what's happening with taking the club on? Is the current owner playing ball or just taking last seasons Panthers to King's Lynn? Even the last meeting was poor and left everyone wanting more
  22. Just an old photo in his Lynn suit would do or a quick photo shop
