I agree people are too quick to be judgemental on a rider. I know KK is not perfect but I feel he will average in excess of 7 and that may well be within the range of 0 to 15 but that may be more beneficial than somebody with a lesser range.
-
Let’s stop the negativity about KK and applaud him for a fantastic meeting. Reminds me of when he scored a flawless 15pt max for Poland in The World Team Cup at KL a few years ago. I think he has literally turned the corner. Well done KK
-
That explains why Jorgensen demolished the tapes in heat 14. I think he knew he was going and it was an act of revenge.
-
What we have to remember is, it is the team you finish the league with rather than the one you start with (Swindon 2019). However the key issue here is that changes are made soon enough to rectify any deficiencies.
-
I think it is more like 4.93 as the reduction is 2.5%.
-
Glad to see someone else is using the same format as me to rationalise the league table.
-
To look at the league in 'real terms' by scoring as follows Away wins greater than six points + 4 Away wins less than seven points + 3 Away draw + 2 Away loss by less than seven points + 1 Home win + 3 Home draw - 2 Home loss - 3 League table would be Poole + 12 Ipswich + 7 Belle Vue + 5 Swindon + 5 Kings Lynn + 1 Wolves - 1 Peterborough - 10 Therefore looks like Poole, Ipswich, Belle Vue and Swindon to make the play offs.
-
Yes good move to get Nick back, I feel confident we can now make the top four and if we do we will have a good a chance of anyone to take the title. If you look at the plus and minus situation regards the teams (ie plus 4 for an away win and minus 3 for a home loss etc) Poole + 12 Ipswich + 11 Belle Vue + 4 Kings' Lynn + 1 Swindon 0 Wolverhampton - 3 Peterborough - 10 Based on the above table we are currently fourth (however a long way to go yet)

Just wondering if we might go for Ricky Wells as a replacement for Simon Lambert? -

The way I see it the team needs to be Lambert, Cook and Riss plus four others. The other existing four have been totally inconsistent. How about suggestions folks? -

I think the problem we have is that if you base it on tonight's showing the two poor performers were S. Lambert (0) and Tofty (2). Ty and Thomas did their job tonight. What we lack is any consistency. Even Robert has been inconsistent this year. So who do we replace apart from Simon? -
Does anyone know the suggested team riding order on Monday? My view would be the following 1. Lambert (R) 2.Palm Toft 3. Proctor 4. Jorgensen 5. Cook 6. Kerr 7. Lambert (S)

Kings Lynn v Poole Mon 8/4/19 Prem Shield 1st leg
KLFAN replied to Skidder1's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Having attended the meeting tonight and having provided only 4 heat winners ( 3 by Riss) then alarm bells start to ring. Unfortunately even at this early stage it is obvious that Andersen is not upto the quality required at this level. Robert will presumably sort his bikes out but this will not be enough for us to have any chance of picking up points away from home. Early days I know, however let's hope the management have the courage to make changes when required. Poole are certainly masters of that and they have the trophy cabinet to back it up. -
True most fans did. Only possible permutation was that Neils would have returned. I do think if we perform badly and averages allow he will be in the team in the latter part of the season.
