Ride n Slide Dayz 2017

We are really pleased to announce that we have been able to secure two new dates to complete the Ride n Slide Dayz calendar for 2017. These events are: Arena Essex (Lakeside) - Friday August 25th 11am to 3pm and a final Powerslide Speedway School at King's Lynn - Sunday November 19th. 11am to 4pm Both of these are available for booking now and places can be secured with just a £55 deposit (Arena) and £65 Powerslide. Contact us at info@speedwayridenslidedayz.com A huge thanks to all of our hosting Promoters and everyone that has joined us at any of our events so far this year, we have visited Peterborough, Leicester, Rye House, Glasgow, Plymouth, Mildenhall and King's Lynn. Unfortunately our hopes to utilise Poole, Swindon and Belle Vue haven't materialised this season for various reasons, but the latter two tracks we very much hope to secure next year along with a visit to Redcar. Dragons Amateur Speedway Club are over the moon to announce that they will be taking the Club to Beaumont Park, home of the SGB Pre-miership Leicester Lions for the first of two amateur meetings on Sunday June 11th. A huge thanks goes out to Mr Damien Bates, for allowing the Club to utilise the venue for a couple of our meetings this season. As with all Dragons events they are open to everyone, any age and ability. Members and non-members are welcome to join us at what looking like being a fabulous event. Speedway Ride n Slide Dayz are pleased to announce the majority of the scheduled dates for their fully inclusive experience days around the UK for the season ahead. Our utmost thanks go to all the Promoters concerned for having us back at their tracks once again, giving the chance for supporters and the general public alike, to take to the respective circuits and experience what being a speedway rider is all about. Our confirmed dates are as follows: Saturday March 25th – PETERBOROUGH (last few spaces remaining) Sunday April 2nd – KING’S LYNN (Powerslide School) (This event is sold-out) Saturday April 22nd – MILDENHALL (Last few spaces remaining) Sunday May 7th – RYE HOUSE (This event is sold-out) Sunday May 21st – LEICESTER (One space remaining at this event) Saturday June 3rd – GLASGOW Saturday June 17th – KING’S LYNN (Powerslide School) Sunday July 2nd – LEICESTER Saturday July 15th – PLYMOUTH Sunday July 30th – RYE HOUSE (This event has been pre-booked by a motorcycle club, but there may be spaces available depending on their entry) Saturday September 17th – MILDENHALL Saturday October 7th – KING’S LYNN (Powerslide School) Sunday October 22nd – RYE HOUSE Saturday November 4th – KING’S LYNN (Evening Event) Unfortunately with the situation at Coventry now being terminal for this year we will not be holding any events at Brandon this year. On a more positive note we are very much hoping to be filling the blank spaces in August with events at two exciting new venues for Ride n Slide |Dayz, watch this space !! Our events are open to anyone aged twelve upwards, and no experience of bike licences are required. We regularly have customers ride with us who have never sat on a motorcycle in their life let alone one with no brakes !! Our Ride n Slide experience days are priced at £225 and the Powerslide Schools at £250, places can be secured by telephone or email for just £55 and £65 respectively, with all balance payments falling due 14 days before the chosen event. We supply everything you would need for a day with us from a pair of football socks right through to goggles and gloves. We use three sizes of speedway machine, 125, 350 and full spec 500cc bikes, and will talk through with everyone beforehand which machine they wish to start the day on. Our promo video on the home page of our website www.speedwayridenslidedayz.com will give you some idea of what our days are like and you would be assisted throughout your day by our instructors who are all ex-riders.
