    That's a fair point!

Becker hasn't ridden many times at PB, but he has improved every time I've seen him!

Have to see with Pawlicki....I dont know what to expect?

But apart from Nicholls, I think the other B'ham riders will struggle to cope with Leicesters main 5!

If B'ham Reserves don't outscore Leicester's by at least double...then there's no hope at all!

Drew Kemp is easily capable of beating Cook and Flint if he gates!

Trust me Pawlicki will become a big fan favourite at PB

What a pathetic display from the Lions... has anybody seen the panic button?

As  a wolves fan this is what we came to expect at away matches the last couple of years so I think you better get used to it I'm afraid.

I hope Schlein is right in stating that the racing will improve because while the coverage is great, the speedway is dreadful.

If I had a speedway track in my back garden and this meeting was on, I’d close the curtains.

Oh dear and I was led to believe on here that you never get a boring meeting at Belle Vue.

What part of my message is knocking the club?

But for what its worth, its an absolutely mental decision for Brum to of gone up a league with such a poor side. Have struggling sides attracted good crowds previously? No.

So they had to take a gamble and go up with a league challenging side to have a chance of making this work. And they haven't built a league challenging side. Its bottom of the table material unless big changes are made. The top 2, one is injured before a wheel has been turned and the other looks like being well out of his depth at number 1. Doesn't bode well, does it?

Would of been far better staying in middle tier and building a title winning side. Fair enough asking home fans to back the club and turn up but others who aren't fans of the club can see exactly what is going to happen.

As has been said so many times on here this season they can only use the track on  a Monday night so what league does that leave drrrr.

Why are so many people negative towards Victor Lampart? (It's not just on this post).

Now I know that just because a rider races on the top flight in Poland he won't automatically get to grips with British tracks, but that doesn't mean he can't?

I mean who was the last Polish / Eastern European newcomer who was a disappointment? There's not been many recently, maybe Laguta - but he wasn't exactly awful, just didn't race like a former world champion.

Adam Skornicki springs to mind when he came to Wolves we all said WHO.But he became one of the best poles to ride in this country.

I think upping averages (for all riders) is irrelevant....by that, I mean, that realistically, all of B'ham's riders could up their average and yet they will/most probably, still finish bottom!?

Simply because their so-called TOP 2 are not in the same league as other teams!

I personally don't think that all riders need to 'improve' to win the League!

No just sign Lambert for play offs.

Tungate has a pretty decent average considering we had stronger riders in the league the last time he rode here. I think Oxford are going to have an exciting season with the riders they have chosen.

Little throttle jockey will struggle around Oxford big time.

That leaves 22 ish for the last three, 2 x 8 pointers (Dudek & Laguta) and a 6 ish could be Richard Lawson, That would be my Team, but I,m not Nigel Tolley :D.

    1. Dudek

    2. Brennan

    3. Laguta

    4. Worrall

    5. Lawson

    6. Z.Cook

    7. Flint

I think with the british reduction Dudek and Laguta would just about fit, and that would probably be good enough to get the Brummies in to the play off's but would it Bankrupt NT ?. It's a good mix of 2 genuine top enders, 2 middle order come 3rd heat leaders, and 3 improvers in Brennan, Cook and Flint.

Laguta wouldn't turn up and Dudek isn't allowed to as he's in 3 leagues already.
