It's time for a change...love to see James grieves have a shot at it

Enjoyed the Sheffield match. Heats 13 and 15 spring to mind. Connor Bailey was the star for me last night. Beating Danny King in the 1st match and Ben Barker 3 times in the 2nd match. Enjoying watching this kid progress this year.

Some good racing from the short match. Fair play to the riders for getting on with it and getting the result. The track was nice and smooth compared to the week before and held up well with the rain falling.Heat 10 was clearly time to stop. Good to see Connor, Mikkel, and Sam getting heat wins. Sam Jensen just gets better and better.

That was a tough watch last night. Well done to the scorpions for attacking a difficult track and getting the rewards. We had new people with us last night.. we're going to struggle to get them back after last night. We sat down at 6.30 and by 8pm we had seen 3 heats of strung out races and lots of tractor racing. I banged on about how amazing the racing has been this year Good of Peter Facenna for coming on the Mike at the end and apologising. Sadly I have to disagree with his closing line about winning the league. Just cant see us beating the other teams over 2 legs. Great to see Moto3 star John McPhee in the stand with his family. Just a shame it was last nights meeting he was at.

Cook will at least bring wins & heat advantages in heats 13 & 15. Something that was missing far to often in the first half of the season. Just hope the team being built around him is strong enough to back him up. Likewise I am struggling to understand the alleged signing of Jensen. Don't get that one. If it is true that would most likely rule out a return for Kerr With Kent confirmed for the national league hopefully that means Jack Thomas will be returning A combination of rumours and guessing...... Cook 10.18 Vissing 7.23 Jensen 6.59 Starke 5.73 Greaves 3.99 Thomas 2.24 .......... 2.04 With drew kemp at Sheffield. What 2 pointers are there that could add a point or 2 on to there average? Looks like we might need to find one of these guys.

Think you might be right with Cookie. Cook can still race both leagues. Sponsors helping with the signings will most likely be with the bigger signings (i.e cook). With Cook the guest at the winter event on Saturday could he be the first name for 2019? Be good to see Lewis Kerr back again and hopefully Jack Thomas is back now that he has had a full season at championship level.

Really good opening meeting of the season with a healthy crowd and a great atmosphere. Love the new track which should bring some great racing this season. Very happy with the new tigers team. All the new boys were excellent!
