They may be waiting to announce it in the season launch show next week. Does seem a little OTT to wait until then, but if hes making bold statements in speedway star such as that then he may be expecting some wow factor from the fans. None the less, i will be there to watch

I can see this happening, Unfortunately Lawson doesn't seem to have the equipment to get him through the championship league, but even after he was axed he was still there for the second half every week, he seems very passionate about speedway still, having him in the devils would be a very good advantage, plus he could still share his skills and experience with the younger aspiring riders. Will never forget how Lawson used to fly round Armadale in his prime

Hes a Pijper speedway is in his blood! I believe its his first year on the 500cc, I'm sure with Theo around sharing his experience and guidance he will be one to watch for in future!

I think we are all anxious about some news, But i get the feeling we would know something by now. I'm sure there is a cut off for registering with the champions league, and i think it would have been anounced by now if they had no intensions of taking part in the 2022 season. In regards to the stadium offer, whilst it can sound worrying its been on the table for many years - but nothing to say Edinburgh monarchs haven't made the offer themselves. (just pure speculation) with the support from the fans trust and just starting out in the speedway academy, with the managements experience within the sport I don't think they would have taken these risks if they were in doubt about the future of armadale, but im just a noob fan lol so im not 100%. but thats my 2 cents worth

I think Glasgow were a little to hasty calling off the meeting that early because of potential rain. Not sure how many times I've been to Armadale and its been called off after a few heats due to the track being soaked. I do get it for fans traveling half way across the country to cheer on there team but I'm always happy to travel even for it to be called. Take for example Armadale on Friday was due to rain heavy from 7pm onwards, not a spot of rain until around 10pm, my dad was suggesting we dont go due to the forecast but im glad i went. right now especially after covid all the clubs need whatever they can get in terms of financial support.

To be honest, after there recent games im surprised at how low they are in the league, especially with riders like Nicholls and batchelor. there experience with GP should be able to pull them together. and after seeing them in action at Armadale on Friday they seem reasonably strong, Its far to late in the season for them to make any major moves but i do see them jumping to 10th at least before the end of the season
