  1. The problem I brought up pre-season is most of if not all of Vlad and Patryk's UK experience is on the Showground circuit which counts for nothing now. They're basically having to start from scratch and it's a big risk asking both riders to rack up the points consistently especially Patryk who hasn't even ridden every track in the league. For KL to even push for a play-off place they need the Ekstraliga versions of Vlad and Patryk due to how poor the engine room stacks up compared to other teams (MPT and NKI's best days are long gone).
  2. Tomorrow Night it all starts again. I hope we all have a profitable season.
  3. Fricke's finally turned up this season and the reserves have improved in the last 2 meetings. Leicester finally clicking.
  4. KL are in big bother already. That was always the risk when Buster banked on Tarasenko and Wojdylo being mustard all season. You need Klindt ASAP!

What's up with Jenkins this season? He's been dreadful in the Championship as well.

Did anyone else back WRIGHT +2 as a single after the Tungate news? Managed to break even on the night because of it.

    Speedway Betting 2024

Lots of big name riders have started the season poorly where's the not so big names have started the season well therefore tonight I shall back the following bets. IPSWICH v OXFORD TUNGATE OVER 7 @ EVS (Bang in form so why not take the value instead of backing an Elite rider at an odds on price to score over 10) LEICESTER v BELLE VUE DOUGLAS OVER 9 @ EVS (The only Heat Leader that's actually done a good job for Leicester this season, Expecting 5 rides tonight) SHEFFIELD v KING'S LYNN TARASENKO OVER 8 @ EVS (Should get 6 rides minimum tonight so 9 points from 6 rides is perfectly achievable) BRENNAN OVER 6 @ 19/20 (Bang in form and 7 from 5 rides isn't too much too ask considering he's riding with MPT whilst facing some reserves along the way) I'm also chucking £5 on this TREBLE @ 7.6/1 WRIGHT +2 vs. King (Charles goes well around Foxhall, King unlikely to get Ht 15 so give me Wright +2 all day long) COOK +2 vs. Becker (Becker has been in poor form and hasn't scored anything above 6 apart from the KL Cup meeting) TARASENKO +4 vs. Woffinden (The risky part of the treble but a 4 Point head start with 6 possibly even 7 rides on the night is worth a go imo, Not a certainty that Woffy goes in Ht 15 tonight either considering Sheffield will more than likely have a massive lead by then) Good luck all.

The higher ups shouldn't be allowing Oxford to manipulate the guest booking rule, They should've been forced into replacing Kerr with Riss.
  9. Aces in a last heat decider (44-46)
  10. Cricket score. Sheffield could hit 60 tonight if the reserves go well.

    Brummies 2024...

Worrall would be left as a HL then, Need to find a way to get Worrall at second string. Bringing Riss in for Lampart would've left the engine room looking like this going by GSA's (2. Z. Cook......3. Worrall.......4. Brennan with Riss at 6) But Klindt for Lampart leaves it looking like this (2. Brennan.....3. Klindt.....4. Worrall with Z. Cook at 6)
  12. It's tough but it has to be done. Lampart will need at least a year to adapt and Brum don't have that time because the ship needs steading now. Something like this 1-7 would dig Brum out of a hole and would see them putting some wins on the board. 1. Laguta or someone of a similar standard (Everyone has a price) 2. Brennan 3. Klindt 4. Worrall 5. Pawlicki 6. Z. Cook 7. Killeen (If on the RS list)
  13. Lyon won't agree to it as he likes working with familiar faces. However if Buster was to be brutal then it's better to keep MPT and drop NKI. MPT will improve once he gets his confidence back where's NKI won't because it's an age thing when it comes to NKI, The wear and tear on his body through all of his injuries is finally taking it's toll just like it did with Hans Andersen towards the end.

    Ipswich vs Oxford 18th April

Probably Ipswich's toughest home meeting they'll have all season due to certain riders in the Oxford side who know Foxhall well. Riss will have a point to prove and if he's back to his old self then he could put up big numbers, Tungate is in red hot form, Wright and Nicholls are both very good around Foxhall too. Emil and Doyley to win it for the Witches in what could be a last heat decider.

    Brummies 2024...

Don't really need him imo, Brum need riders with higher averages to take the pressure off S. Worrall. S. Worrall, Being the captain and riding as a HL is just too much pressure for a rider who's only ever been used to riding in the easy No.2 race jacket in this league. That's why I haven't given Worrall any stick, It's no surprise to see him struggling considering he's been chucked in head first at the deep end.

Either that or Klindt's possibly had a falling out with the TM over not being given an R/R ride at Birmingham. Has to be more to it when Riss for the injured Kerr fits in a straight swap.

    Oxford Spires 2024

Confidence rider is Klindt. When he's confident he scores solidly but when the confidence is low he seems to really struggle.
  18. Sacked for Riss. Maybe Klindt and the TM didn't see eye to eye after he wasn't given an R/R ride at Birmingham???? That's just be taking a wild guess though as I don't see the logic in sacking him after 4 meetings when you've got an injured Kerr in the side.

    Brummies 2024...

Klindt for Lampart is the first step to recovery.

    Oxford Spires 2024

Don't see the logic in this move at all. Should get Riss in for Kerr on a short term deal as an injury replacement just to see how Erik performs first whilst giving Klindt some extra time to rediscover his form.
  21. Birmingham need to sign Nicolai Klindt for Wiktor Lampart for starters after his release from Oxford.. This will then move S. Worrall back down to a second string berth. Fair enough Klindt's not a world beater but he's better than Lampart and S. Worrall won't have to ride as a HL so that's 2 positives.
  22. I don't think he's any good away from Berwick imo, Been around for a few years in the RS scheme and he's never improved unlike other riders who have kicked on and taken the next step. Is Luke Killeen on the RS list?
  23. I don't know what meeting you was watching. Fricke 4 pts from 3 rides and Becker 4+2 from 4 rides is below par by their standards.
  24. Literally no point in running if you cant put a competitive team out on track imo because it doesn't benefit anyone in any positive way. It's not enjoyable for the fans and It's not enjoyable for the promotion to lose thousands of pounds which they will do eventually because fans aren't going to turn up to watch the dross on show for much longer when funds are tight during these times. Brum aren't like KL where Buster can serve up rubbish every year knowing full well he's got a loyal fan base that will keep turning up, Birmingham are relying on Wolves fans to help prop their gate up due to a lack of interest from Brummies fans. So Tolley has to chuck money at riders like Zagar, Laguta etc or just call it quits now before he digs himself a huge financial hole.
  25. Brum need at least 4 team changes to see the season out imo because it really is that bad. The only good riders they've got are Brennan, Zach Cook and Steve Worrall (The latter gets a free pass due to him riding out of position as a HL due to Tolley's clownery when it comes to team building) Milik is useless on British tracks, Flint is abysmal for a Rising Star who's been around for a good few years now and never improved, The only track he's good around is Berwick. Pawlicki getting 5-1'd by Joe Thompson basically tells fans everything they need to know on night one, No point bringing Lampart back because he'll just struggle all season. Tolley's either got to splash the cash on riders like Zagar and Laguta (Everyone has a price) or he's just got to pull out of the league because he'll lose thousands and thousands of pounds because fans will not turn up to watch an uncompetitive team for much longer, Brum don't have a loyal fan base like KL for example.
