Been looking at comments etc and I have to agree with some comments regarding team manager I’ve been involved with speedway for a long time the last being with Newport. Your Manager LR talks a good job but in theory try’s to get to involved and be friends with everyone Sometimes you have to stand back a little to get respect from riders he loves his Speedway not doubting that we had a few arguments with him at Newport as he wanted to still take on Running the team when I took over when he was told to stop we went on and had success in winning I no winning comes down to riders but it how you give them the Will to win that he doesn’t have you only have to look at tracks he’s been involved in are they still running? Or are they gone that’s my rant over with
