  6. I think I might have deleted it by total accident . I was on the mobile version which I very rarely use and think I might have deleted in then. Sorry. Right I have managed to restore it. Though it was gone for ever for a moment.

    Photo's On This Forum?

There was. Number of reasons such as bandwidth, virus, page loading speed. Many have now changed, unfortunately some will still post I inappropriate images but can give it a trail. Should be able to upload in the gp section for now ?
  10. I don't think there is free transport or food either !
  11. I know what you mean. I have no knowledge on this but just a question... Could any sky or sponsorship money be ring fenced to pay this investor back first ? How much do they get from sky? 100k ? Which presumably some is paid at the end of season ? Feel so sorry for the riders who have got homes and families to support, They should be paid first !!!!
  12. Yes you are dam right that fans should be more welcoming on here! It is very common to have a high % of readers than posters. The viewing numbers of the forum have been pretty constant for the last 3 years. How that follows with the attendance to tracks going down ? With speedway prices going up some people have over the last 3 to 5 years had to make cuts or choices with where they spend their money and I think the diehard fans who go week in week out have lowered and pick and choose their meeting and as result don’t post on the forum as often. People lives are always changing, start families, change jobs, buy houses, retire etc. Speedway seems to attract less new fans to tracks than it losses through natural changing in circumstances.

  14. The future of Birmingham speedway is in doubt after the promoter Alan Phillips has had enough! http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/news/birmingham-brummies-speedway-team-could-7323632 http://www.speedwaygb.co/news.php?extend.25792 "THE British Speedway Promoters’ Association can confirm tonight’s Poole v Birmingham Elite League meeting WILL go ahead as planned at Wimborne Road. Representatives of the BSPA are currently in dialogue with relevant parties with the sole aim of ensuring the continuation of the sport at Perry Barr Stadium"
  15. I think rusky and SCB have got it spot on. Jack is a well established and respected commenter. He is great on Superbike commentary. He tends to be a talker rather than just commentating the actual race on who is in the lead. Any motorbike fan tuning in will recognise it jack! and watch a bit more. Just a shame the speedway racing is not up to much.
  16. Eurosport do far more speedway than Sky. Eurosport IS the home of motorsport and bike fans. Speedway is repeated loads more on Eurosport and is talked about more when the other motorbike sports are on TV. We also get to see the whole meeting rather than being cut short

    Tai Woffinden Gardening

Thought it was really funny and well done tai for adding a bit of humour into the sport. Only mistake he made was taken dirt from gate 4 by the fence. Helped build the tension for the final race of the night. And tai did not delay the start he was waiting at the gate
  18. Yep, similar thing happened at Sheffield apart from it rained!
