    Kings Lynn v Wolves 27/5

With this change that’s one play off place sorted. Now for the other three. Looks a repeat of the Holder Batch scenario of a few years back when both downed tools over the state of the track. What happened to the days when riders loved having Saddlebow as their home track. Time for Buster to do a ‘Cummings’ and tell the fans what is going on.

    Kings Lynn v Wolves 27/5

Looks like Buster needs to step back in as those he has put in charge are damaging his business. Surely he can’t allow them to carry on sinking the ship. Unless he has lost interest

    Kings Lynn v Wolves 27/5

Will Pete be happy with his 7 tonight ? Knowing Buster, if our Pete has a bicycle then I would suggest he keeps the tyres well pumped up.
  4. Sorry about the speeling Tel. The grammar was non to good either. Is the team Manager there to win matches or give riders, rides? If they need rides let em have a blast round after the meeting. The bloke is just making himself look a dick. Just hold ya hands up and say I messed up. People would have more respect for him.
  5. His half assed accuses in the EDP were something else. Sometimes best to stop digging.

    Swindon Robins 2020

Not really followed The New Abbey updates. So what is the likelihood of Speedway being back there in 2022 or any year. Has the Club been sold a pup with this new track promise ?

    NEW LOOK FOR STAR

Bought my one edition of the year. Somewhat less than previous years ( understandably). The one thing I miss from this ‘Special’ is the local feel to it. Certainly having a ‘punters’ view was always a decent insight as it wasn’t wrapped up with Speedway ra ra cheerleaders. I look forward to next years purchase.
  8. Hopefully all the P’Boro riders make it to Owlerton on time. Those queues at the post office on a Thursday can be quite long

Maybe a good idea to get some variety with the commentators. Those two can become a little boring even after not being on TV for 18 months. Mix it up on there. Do people really want to see the same faces coming out with the same tires cliches meeting on meeting ?
  10. The Manager might be pleased but I bet the man that pays his wages isn’t. A home defeat always costs bums on seats for the next meeting. How can anyone be pleased in getting beat at home by the team you will be fighting with to avoid the wooden spoon.?
  11. No need to panic, but there are a lot stronger teams than Ippo to visit Saddlebow
  12. Twinkle in the milkmans eye ? Well i was 4 so have no idea where I was, but hopefully you get the principle
  13. Not just huge Baldy could be world changing. . Up there with where were you when JFK was shot.
  14. Lottery numbers available on Friday
  15. Baldy I thought Ipswich were clearing out all their young talent. Oh no wrong sport.
  16. I don’t think it’s over yet Baggy. I can see a protest going in over the use of R/R for a non existent rider ( Klint) Points earned from R/R to be deducted and awarded to KL, or at the best The Broom Stickers can hope for is the meeting to be rerun. Never underestimate the relationship between Buster and Godfrey.
  17. Think Ipswich should start as favourites for this one. Beaten finalists last time out v 2nd from bottom. Big shock if Lynn take anything from this, after all Hawkeye is targeting this one.
  18. Website goes with a named 7. EADT ( EDP Sister paper) the same. What can you say about an Ipswich team that is running R/R for a rider who has no intention of riding for them.? Only in Speedway. The Circus is back in Town
  19. Why not Speedway taking on diversity and inclusion by adding a Fading Star to their line up to balance the rising star idea that’s been used to fill teams up and save on costs. Though Peterborough are way ahead on this having included 5 in their line-up
  20. Jesus, Mary, Joseph and the Wee Donkey. Sounds a job for AC12
  21. I had the feeling my first trip was pre Tiddler. I was wondering if it could have been Featherby ? I’m not sure that Crump rode every meeting either
  22. Buster wrote the book. Don’t forget the suspected heart attack at Edinburgh when Topinka was stuck in traffic. Thankfully a full recovery made.
  23. And people pay 20 quid for this. There was Hawkeye targeting taking all the points. Shame he didn’t devote more attention to putting 7 riders out.

Or Julia Bradbury was good. Though must be a worry she would be late arriving as she seems to walk everywhere these days
