Does anyone know the track record, holder and date set for Sunderland when it closed in 1974 please?
-
Ted rode for Ipswich, Reading, Oxford and Romford in the late '60's and early '70's. Can anyone help me out with his date/place of birth please, or a few stories about his career?

I heard this sad news last night, and was shocked. Had some good times and great laughs with Steve....a lovely guy who really will be sadly missed. Thanks for the memories Steve, and RIP my friend.

Gerald rode eight matches for Canterbury in 1969. Any info (date/place of birth) or memories of him would be much appreciated.

I'd be very grateful if someone could post Hans' BL Stats from 1991 onwards. i.e. M R P B T Av F P to include League, KO Cup & League Cup if possible. A big call I know, but would really appreciate any info - every little bits helps - thanks anyway.

As Barker has been confirmed at Somerset, does that mean Plymouths efforts to move into the Championship have been unsuccessful?
-
Gaetan Stella would be an excellent shout!!!

In my view this is a brilliant signing for Sheffield, and like Nicki or not, it can't be argued that Sheffield are the most talked about team in the UK at present. Massive kudos to the promotion!!!!

Does anyone else subscribe to any of their magazines? Their website hasn't been updated since 16th August and Howard isn't replying to emails etc........does anyone know why?

The Retail Park just over the road seems to be the favourite.

Bad news today concerning James Shanes, and hopefully he'll make a full and speedy recovery. Will Brummies bring in a replacement for him, and who is it likely to be?

I've just clicked on your link and Norton is saying it's a malicious site. -
Now that Valentin Grobauer has quit Britain, who is in line to take his place at Somerset?
-
He's done two at home and one away.
-
So, what is the word on the street for the new signing?
-
Canterbury 1. Mike Ferreira 2. Ted Hubbard 3. Steve Koppe 4. Graham Banks 5. Les Rumsey 6. Barney Kennett 7. David Mullett 8. Martyn Piddock
-
No it's not......it's blue.
-
Hi Glenn, Why not have a word with David or James at TP and see if they can arrange something for you........I'm sure they'd be happy to help!

Ipswich were quoted to be looking at bringing in a European rider, and it was hinted that there were deals to be done. Maybe Peterborough make pursue one of those options and bag a new 'asset' into the bargain?
-
They certainly used to lift the turf at Wembley to expose the speedway track back in the day.
-
Surely, that same reasoning should apply to the Peterborough promoters too?
-
Just playing Devils' Advocate here without suggesting this is the case, but maybe Chris Harris asked for more money than was originally agreed?
-
Do you feel a bit silly now?

Five in the league and two in the cup.
