    Not sure it's like that.

I'd be intrigued to know how Adam Ellis's averaged changed after maybe 1 or 2 matches and, ad be surprised if he's had 4 matches for Brum, nevermind 4 h & 4 a ?

He's done two at home and one away.

I am seeking help from Swindon fans as to the best way to get to the stadium from Bristol.

Myself and our party of seven from Australia and New Zealand will be based in Bristol for a few days before we join the Travel Plus Group for the British Grand Prix at Cardiff. We are thinking about try to get to the Abbey Stadium for the match against Poole. 2 days prior to Cardiff. It looks like we can get a Train from Bristol (Temple Meads) to Swindon Station, but from there we need some guidance as to whether there are buses to and from the station to the track and return on Race Nights. Any assistance given would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Glenn,

Why not have a word with David or James at TP and see if they can arrange something for you........I'm sure they'd be happy to help!

I think they laid down cuttings of turf at each corner of the rugby pitch, over the speedway track at Odsal (Bradford) when the Rugby and Speedway were both there.

They certainly used to lift the turf at Wembley to expose the speedway track back in the day.

What is the problem with British clubs not signing British riders.Jason Garity Josh Auty still on side lines ,two good riders who give there all every time they take to the track. They both live in Britain,no air fares no vans no hotel bills to pay for them, yet they are  still being ignored by promoters who seem to prefer to bring in foreign riders.

Do you feel a bit silly now?

No inside information. Just my opinion. I can’t see us getting a number one. I’m sure they have exhausted all avenues. But no one wants to ride in the U.K. for a tenth of what Poland pays.

Martin Vaculik was up for it last year before he got injured at Swindon.

There wasn't much in the SS this weeks,   Most of the magazine was devoted to being a holiday brochure.

That's not true though is it..........the holiday brochure was an addition to the magazine, and did not affect the size or content in any way.
