Has any discussion taken place about infrastructure for these 124 houses? Where are all the children going to school?
-
Why isn't someone pointing out the fact that a 3g pitch will be used by people ( mainly men) in their teens, twenties and maybe thirties? Brandon Stadium will provide sporting entertainment for families with children of 5 years old and adults up to 95 years old. Why isn't more being made of the fact that stock car racing is the big money earner at Brandon? Why do they keep the discussion to Speedway?
-
I may be wrong but the discount appears to apply if you are buying tickets for children under 16. Am I correct or does it also apply to adult tickets?
-
Just a slight correction. There were 1,800 individual letters of support written to RBC, not a petition. According to RBC this is unprecedented. The save Coventry Speedway campaign are doing a fantastic job and even if they fail to bring Speedway back at least Brandon Estates will never be able to build houses there in the foreseeable future.

Strange, it's not there on my tablet but is there on my Desk Top.
-
I see the reference to the next meeting being in March 2017 has now been removed from the website.
-
Coventry website looks a bit strange. It seems to be back in May 2015. Anyone else having trouble?
-
If Coventry are bottom of the premiership, quite possible, and Ipswich are top of the championship, quite possible, how will the Ipswich public enjoy their number 1 riding for the opposition in the promotion play off. Why does Speedway go out of its way to make itself look stupid? If we have to have this ridiculous doubling up surely an automatic promotion and relegation would have been far more acceptable.
-
As expected Coventry Speedway have come up with a fair resolution of the Student admissions issue. Pleased to see no one is being disadvantaged.
-
Because Mick has reviewed the admissions and he knows it is more than just a few who are abusing his generous concession.
-
Well that told me didn't it. As a man who is apparently in the know thinks it's OK to defraud Coventry Speedway who am I to argue. If Mick reinstates this concession then I will be the first in the queue to sign up for a course and get my NUS card. What an idiot I have been.
-
How can an adult in employment who buys an NUS card off the internet without any intention of ever going anywhere near a College or University be classed as a student. These people buy them with the sole intention of defrauding the Bees, Blaze, Wasps and Coventry FC. How you consider this practice acceptable is beyond me.
-
I think Mick naively thought that customers would be honest. Very silly I know and you would think he should no better. I think he has every intention of putting something in place that targets the correct student audience. Mick has a habit of meaning well but not putting enough thought into his ideas.
-
What evidence do want? Names and addresses of the culprits? When someone thinks they are getting away with a good scam they are unable to keep their mouth shut and it soon becomes common knowledge. Anyway the concession was aimed at FULL time students not mature students who worked during the day and occasionally attended a college at night.
-
It tells me if you introduce concessions there are always some low life people who will abuse it. By the way all children under 16 are still admitted free. Which other clubs offer this concession? Of course I have heard of mature students but this concession was meant to encourage full time students, not people in full time employment. The people abusing the concession never went anywhere near a College or University.
