Hi Gaz, nice to see your still posting on the forum Miedzinski is going really well in Poland for Torun and doing well in Sweden, very much the man in form at the moment

I thought he was banned by SVEMO but is riding in Poland today and has so far scored 3 pts Why? The lad is 17 years old, doing very well in the Premier and scoring points in Poland from the junior berth but is behind Schlein, Shields and Watt at this stage of his career, his time will come but not yet I dont feel.

With respect Colin, I was replying to your post that states that Emil rode Scott into the pit gate when clearly this was not true. I was not saying anything about who started it as it was clearly Emil who started the verbals but Scott reacted in a bad way...

Colin, just to prove the point look at the video again. It clearly shows Scott turning left and stopping Emil from going around the pit gate and into the pits. Also look at where the officials run from during the handbags, they run from the pits from behind the open pit gate!!

Complete rubish im afraid Pearcey, Scott rode Emil into the open pit gate by turning left on him....

It was a very enjoyable meeting and a very good send off meeting for Deano with a healthy crowd for one of Arlington's favorate sons. Joe Screen was the stand out man for me, bike troubles robbed him of a win so he should have bagged 13 from 5 and a fine second place in the meeting... Gordon Kennett still looks class, his winnning time of 61.9 was only 3.4 secs slower than Bjarne Pedersens heat 16 winning time.

Not so much an update but a new feature has been added to The Adam Shields website, this year Adam has a blog which will carry his words and views through out the season... Adam Shields

Kurt Shields has just turned 22.

Just noticed that this years Elite League Pairs, Which will be held on the 8th August at 7:30, will be raced at Arlington Stadium, Eastbourne for 2009. Should open up the field with a few track specialists riding for other sides..

Hi Steve, im not sure I will be there on Sunday as I have commitments on that day. So unless Adam needs me down there I very much doubt it im afraid (My loss as it will be a cracker of a meeting) but I will be down on Wednesday and up in Essex on Friday.
