    Swindon Robins 2020

After 3 years away, it will require a mammoth effort to get people interested in going again as they will have found other things to do on a Thursday evening. Plus the people in the new houses will have some justification in complaining about the noise!
  2. Panthers vs Aces final then (probably - barring any disasters)
  3. The track at Sheffield looked worse than Peterborough’s and they are still trying to get that on. The sky looked clear as well at Peterborough so didn’t look like there would be any rain for a good while - so you have to question why they didn’t try harder to get it on IMHO

    Premiership Play-Off Ties CONFIRMED

You seem to be a troll trying to get a reaction!

    Premiership Play-Off Ties CONFIRMED

    C’mon Sheffield :-)

Panthers vs. Tigers 20/09 Live on EUROSPORT

You can disagree all you want - and you’d being wrong!

Panthers vs. Tigers 20/09 Live on EUROSPORT

That may be true but they haven’t won anything yet - the league campaign is a qualifying competition - nothing more

    Eurosport

And Pete Adams already in that

    Sheffield 2020

I used to think that but I like him and wouldn’t mind him being at Swindon if we had a team and anywhere to race

    Sheffield 2020

Batch’s lowered average should balance out Adam Ellis’ increased average when they both return (hopefully)

    Sheffield 2020

This is normal for Batch. He excels when there is a #1 in the team but when he has to step up - he seems to have a mental block. Keep the faith - he will come good and could be a trump card in the play offs.

    King's Lynn 2022

Social media seems to be getting (or is already) out of hand - whether this is as a direct result of the last 18 months and the numerous lockdowns people have had to live through or down to the fact that the general culture appears to now be one of “shock” comments to illicit arguments/fear which can only be described as feral behaviour (as witnessed by the backlash against the 3 England penalty takers who failed to score on Sunday and so called fans with the underperforming KL team and many more). It definitely needs sorting to turn this emerging culture back to “friendly banter” - which I’m sure was its original intention.
  13. I don’t think Crump has had enough matches to get a new average so if he is unable to ride, a replacement is allowed using his current GSA - assessed or otherwise. Nothing wrong there.
  14. He didn’t ride on Friday as it was rained off!
  15. Doubtful he was fit to ride and if he was he certainly wouldn’t have been fit to race!

    Sheffield 2020

He may have been programmed to ride but he certainly wasn’t fit - you could see that quite easily in last week’s televised meeting.

    King's Lynn v Ipswich 05/07/21

Yes he was - and he still wasn’t fully fit.

    King's Lynn v Ipswich 05/07/21

Surely you are grasping at straws. He wasn’t fit in last week’s match and they can ill afford a number 1 who isn’t fully fit with the results they have been getting. It’s the right decision and gives Jason more time to recover.

    Peterborough Panthers 2021

Reminds me of Adam Shields. It is difficult to admit that the “mojo” has gone when it has been your main income for many years IMHO.

    King's Lynn 2022

There’s a Haribo shortage?? Oh no!
  21. Schools out early I see
  22. Steve0

    Wolverhampton 2020

Given the average age of a speedway fan - you would have thought that most have already been double jabbed - so it does seem harsh to have a blanket sports policy that might end up putting the final nail in the coffin for British Speedway
  23. Steve0

    Wolverhampton 2020

I read that Silverstone can have full capacity (140,000 spectators) for the British F1 GP in July - surely that is a sign that all restrictions will be lifted
  24. You made a claim about him being the best, I was asking what achievements he had had in the top flight to substantiate that and apparently that is my mistake?
