    Roo Boy Gets The Nod

Sorry Sandie, I didn't mean it like that Just I've still got this vision of 20 year old Rory in glasses and being dead shy at Belle Vue and it seems hard to believe he's all growed up and gonna be a dad!! Spose I've still got a soft spot for him and I really do wish him all the best

Rory's having a baby?!?!?! Well I never would have thought that!! He's only about 24 isn't he? Good luck to him anyway
  3. Yup, we're going As I said on the other thread we booked our room as we left last year, we're about 3 miles out of the city centre so we bus in and walk back, which wasn't much fun in the rain last year but it's usually OK!!! Got our tickets too and that was the fun part, the speedway world tv website is rubbish!!! We're in M33, Row 2, Seats 13-18. Roll on 28th June!!!!!! Oh and see you all in the Prince of Wales
  4. Going with the parents and Auntie and Uncle, flying on the Friday from Manchester to Dusseldorf with Jet2 (I think!) and coming back on the Sunday

    Prague

Me and the mum are going
  6. Middle Tier (never been up there before, normally we're on the lower) in block M33, front row but not sure what seats. There's 7 of us and we'll have big flags hanging over the front so we'll be a bit hard to miss! Seb, I may be able to lean over and shout at you - L36 isn't that far round from M33!!!
  7. Ours came on Saturday and picked them up off my Auntie on sunday! Can't wait now, only 11 days to go!!
  8. Knew someone would pick up on that!! But for the point of this argument............
  9. I'm not worried seeing as I only know 1 of you! The others can fend for themselves! Unless they're cute of course!!
  10. Agreed, Garry nows needs all the help of the speedway world. Have to say though, I was looking forward to my trip to Sheffield for the ELRC, with it being one of the closest tracks to me. Luckily I didn't buy a ticket in advance coz I definitely won't be travelling as far as Kings Lynn on a weeknight and it would have been a waste of money. Do speedway promoters, bigwigs and Sky actually know that speedway exists north of the midlands??
  11. The Prince of Wales is where I'll be meeting up with my mates and meeting some new people too, seems to be where most people go as it's only across the road from the stadium Can't wait now!!!
  12. Snap! I'm still down to a measly 1,000pts though.
  13. I'll put it simply - Well Done Bomber!!!! Absolutely cracking and I've gained so much respect for him this year (even though he rides for Coventry ) that I hope he continues to make his mark in the GPs. Finally we can stop calling Scott "British No.1" coz if he truly was then Britain would be in dire straights!! Also Well Done David Howe - who cares it was held at Wolves? I suppose he chose the track so that he had an advantage? Nope, he rode his heart out and fully deserves the Wild Card - see you at Cardiff!!

    Marketa Stadium , Prague

I'm going as a first timer this year too, so all info is appreciated!
