I can only remember 1 of the so called bigger events at foxhall, and that was elite league pairs, and wow what a rubbish meeting that was. Maybe it's because the club don't make any money from food and drinks and stuff, that it's just not worth their while. -
But there are plenty that you don't use drugs for.

There are many things you can do which may help.

There won't be a single inch of space left. It's normally a total sell out I think. If banger racing is your thing then I doubt it's any different to a speedway fan going to Cardiff. -
It may not be technique but his speed of reflex?
-
Improving his starting technique could also improve his chances.
-
I've seen him at Peterborough on a few occasions and thought he looked really good there. Maybe I'm only judging him on those performances. His average has dropped again this year? So I was going by that really. So if he isn't so good on bigger tracks maybe it would be a good idea to go to one of those to improve on them?

Somerset could easily rack up 30 point advantage if Allen is back. -

Mick has got something right, up until the rebels last 2 visits they have always been poor at ipswich, just like we have always been poor their. -

Thing is mick, we have never been that prolific at the oak tree either. On this occasion though we should have enough. And don't ipswich have the second leg? -
Goes to prove if you get right rider on the right track they can improve. Heeps should have a choice of tracks next season and I hope he chooses a bigger one for his benifit.
-
Doesn't it have to be full seasons? If so king has only done 2 hasn't he?
-
I'm with you there Karl.

Hancock is probably better now than he was 15 years ago. He isn't currently on the decline because of what he is best at, and that's making great starts. Out and out racers start to decline earlier in my opinion.
-
Wouldn't that be 2 3 pointers at reserve then? Danyon is still the 3 pointer isn't he?. Danyon would actually be my first pic for the team. He will be the best 3 pointer in the league. Jo did a fair job, but the Joe that rides for belle vue on a big track is far better than our Joe.

It makes sense to me cos I prefer the racing in the premier league and we are competitive, but a team like the one mentioned above would be a wooden spoon contender. We don't want to start all that again. Well i don't anyway, but everyone to their own. Now a decent elite team I would consider.
-
But he is past his best. No one can deny that surely. And he will get worse, I want to watch someone get better. And you are right it doesn't say much for the other riders. Most of the riders in the elite league bar a small handful are nothing more than premier league riders and some still race in the national league. He isn't exactly coming up against the best riders in the world constantly like he used to be years ago. If anyone thinks he is still as good as he was, needs to think again. Obviously that's only my opinion. And when was the last time morten was a regular in the elite league? There is a reason for that. Covatti? Don't see many oh sorry any elite league team chasing after him all season.
-
Exactly macca, I want to watch young chargers rather than old has beens like nicholls. No disrespect to Scott, but way past his best, but obviously some fans still want to see that rubbish we failed at for years.
-
Never thought Harris was much cop at foxhall, but with more room now on the bends than before, it may be perfect for him to do his stuff. Would Jacobs want to leave belle vue? He scores a lot of points there. In fact there are a few riders that score better in the elite league than in the premier. It would be awful to go back into the top flight and struggle with putting together a decent team again, like the last few seasons we did in the top flight. Personally I hope nothing changes and we stay where we are.
-
How long till Danyon is back riding macca?
